If you are in a hurry, this is not the Dunkin for you UNLESS you order by the app and PICKUP INSIDE!! The drive thru here is ALWAYS backed up. The food is good but by the time you order and get to the pickup window, it's barely warm. I have used the Upside app here but since you pay with upside, you would need to go through the drive thru, because if you order inside, you have to us the kiosk, and you can't scan the app at the kiosk. The people here are friendly, but...
Ordered a sandwich got a donut and had to turn back around to get my sandwich. Girl who gave me my order asked for my receipt as if she didn't just see me 2 minutes before. Idk if she's new, she was polite about it all but still. 2 minutes passed and you don't remember.Their drive thru is very hard left with bare minimum space with multiple cars in line to turn left so I gave it a 0 rating.
We arrived 20 minutes before closing time to be greated by a warm welcoming smile. Bella went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service with a smile. She was extremely helpful And very accommodating to a custom beverage that came out amazing by the way, A smile goes a long way and I just wanted to let her know that you're the reason we'll be back.
