Ordered an Iced Matcha latte with French Vanilla and they gave me an Iced Matcha with shot of unsweetened vanilla so I told them that isn't what I ordered and they gave me back the same drink so I went back up to the register and they tell me they're all out of Matcha and so she added French Vanilla to it and my drink tasted like chemicals

I wish I can give a complete zero, we asked for doughnuts he said they don’t have any, we asked for sandwiches he said the oven is broke. So we settled on drinks, my partner received a half cup of his chai, and my light and sweet coffee was without any sugar at all, and wasn’t given a receipt. I don’t frequent D&D, we were given a gift card but the next time I’m given a gift card for your establishment I’m using it for firewood, worst experience, never coming back

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I went to get a coffee they had a guy peeing by the drive thru and when I told the girl at the window I drove up she said I could have only ordered a drink nothing to eat just because I drove up to the window smh disgusting!
Ordered 10 munchkins with a mobile coupon originally they were $3.49 but were $2.00 with coupon. Got to drive thru and was told they have no munchkin donuts. This was 10am. I said fine just give me a Boston cream and strawberry frosted. The staff member said no I can only give 1 donut. I said 10 munchkins is not comparable in price or quantity to one donut. She basically said take it or leave it so l asked for a refund. Got refund and had to ask multiple times for a receipt so l can confirm I got a refund and basically can’t use the coupon now because it was redeemed in the app for product they didn’t have. 2 donuts is $3.58 and 10 munchkins is $3.49. To have a staff member argue and be so rude over 9 cents when it was their mistake to be out of munchkins at 10am is ridiculous. I won't ever go to this location again and contacted corporate about how the staff at this location act.

I was at this location yesterday, ordered coffee cream on side and two donuts, a person who served idk her name she was rude and had nasty attitude when i asked for cream and some tissue. She has this face on that i made her work so much . If you don’t want to work- LEAVE . but don’t ruin someone’s mood by showing your nasty attitude.

They don’t open on time in the morning, second day in a row
I have been a loyal customer of this Dunkin for many years. Many days I come MULTIPLE times a day and get the same coffee religiously. It's hardly ever mad wrong but the one time it's incorrect and I request it to be made again. The manager, not sure of her name had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and that she made it. Ok, first off it didn't taste like caramel but hazelnut. I wouldn't have even said anything if it wasn't made wrong and instead of apologizing and making it correctly she had an attitude and continued to disrespect the me as the customer and again had the audacity to tell me she wasn't talking to me when she was bad mouthing me to a customer. I don't care if you're speaking to me or not. You're speaking about me and the issue I brought to your attention in front of me and discussing with your staff a customer. Your staff really needs to work on their attitude or find a new job and your manager is a constant negative drain of energy. Do better for your customers cuz I certainly will not come back and that's a shame because I spend almost 100$ a week here but that's ok because another business will get my money. Total shame. I advised your manager that if she discusses customers in a manner they can hear her, she will get a response. Retraining is a must. People who generally get loud and disrespectful get smacked. However, Araylah was kind enough to make me a new one even after the manager got defensive. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them is the impression customers leave with. It wasn't a big deal at all but the manager made it a big deal instead of just apologizing. The world of customer services is not what is used to be and compassion and great customer service is no longer given. I know my coffee and how it should taste. I will be reporting your manager. She can deal with whatever consequences are served to her.

When ordering on line I always have something missing went back and the nuggets that was missing must have been sitting there and when I returned 30 minutes later they gave me those which were cold and gross and that’s why I hate going to this location

MEASURE TWICE, CUT ONCE!!
Next time, instead of assuming, I asked for 3 different types of flavoring AND some additional creamers, to an already sweet drink, totaling almost 10 Flavor shots alone mind you, how about repeat the order back to the customer? It's bad enough that this society has gotten to the point where even simple service worker etiquette has gotten so messed up!! It is all RUSH RUSH HURRY HURRY, AND NO QUALITY ASSURANCE!!
Parking: Clearance at drive thru does NOT accommodate Verizon service worker vehicles! Learned this the hard way too, recently !

I hope if i could give “ZERO” rating. The worst customer service ever and especially the lady who work in morning is very rude. She doesn’t know how to take order and make the coffee. I hope their manager or whoever own the store teach their employee how to make the orders and talk with customers respectfully.
