Order a bagel lightly toasted with extra butter and cream cheese they gave me a burnt bagel no butter and barely any cream cheese also ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant lightly toasted with butter and they gave me a dry croissant no butter no egg no cheese on top of that they had multiple people taking the order through the drive through and the girl at the window had a terrible attitude honestly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my entire life 10 thumbs down absolute trash

I don't know the correct term these days but the he/she manager is the rudest ever. If HE/ she don't like dealing with the public I guess HE/she shouldn't be in customer service. He/she is never polite no matter the time of day and is very hard of hearing because you need to repeat your order 5-6 times if he/she is taking it. BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGER SHE WAS THE BEST THAT YOU HAD WORKING THERE

this is got to be the worst DD i've been in, the music that was being played was the worst not only that it was very loud and then there was a guy if he was the manager he has no business being the manager as he was yelling at the girls for seemingly no reason at all and cursing, this franchisee better get his store in order and probably make a landmark firing starting with that guy this took place on 7/13 between 1230-3

Rudest manager I have ever encountered at an establishment like this. Had to repeat my order four times. Going through the drive-thru and was attacked because I seemed upset. When I got to the drive-thru window, the manager continued to talk over me and engage that. I seemed upset and she was just trying to ensure accuracy of my order. I asked her to please stop talking and just take my payment, she continued to egg me on so I asked her again to please stop talking and told her I did not want to hear anymore. She told me to get out of her line. I made made an inappropriate but justified remark that she more than deserved. I have never in my life received this kind of service anywhere and will never go back to this establishment again. I will go to the Dunkin donuts by the highway where they are respectful and pay attention to what people are ordering.

This is the worst location. I now try to order my coffee at least 15 minutes ahead and I will still get there and it won’t be ready - on top of that the staff is consistently rude which is more amusing than anything to me as I’m not the one who is choosing to work there. The one past the rotterdam mall is the opposite- always friendly - efficient.
