They get my order wrong every time. My husband went to go pick up my order and noticed bacon on my loaded hash browns and they apologized and said they’d fix it. He got home and there was bacon on my sandwich and still bacon on my hash browns. Every single time there’s unwanted bacon in my food. I’ve told them just about a million times and I’m just tired at this point.

I know it’s a small thing, but it’s harder and harder recently to get a decent cup of frozen coffee. I don’t know what they’re doing if they’re mixing it wrong or they just don’t take their time but it’s not good anymore.

Super slow and not fast, hopefully they fix the credit card scanner. I ordered a refresher and it wasn’t even mixed. Finally I was in the line for 30 whole minutes! 😡

I order the same drink from every Dunkin I go to, so for me, it comes down to customer service and the friendliness of staff. This Dunkin gets quite busy, but the employees handle the rush well. I've never had to wait too long for my favorite latte. The staff are friendly and even offer smiles to customers.

PLEASE NOTE** If you have an emotional support animal the manager will tell you TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! No questions asked. I'm a combat veteran with an emotional support puppy. I went in on the morning of 12/21/24 and was ordered to leave immediately. I called corporate and they said it was a mistake. We'll see.

I went to place an order for two coffees, three ladies were working. One was working the drive-through. The other two were chatting and one of them was making some type of sandwich. After a few minutes, I said hello and the one lady at the drive-through acknowledged me and said someone would be right with me. I proceeded to wait as she kept taking orders for the dry people, and the other ladies were chatting. Having been ignored after my attempt to place an order, I left. This is my third visit there whether it be in the drive-through or going inside that people who work there are not customer friendly nor attentive. Their chat is more important. I’m not sure what’s happening in our world, but customer service has gone in the toilet. I’m done visiting this location.

Late one afternoon, I recently purchased a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant. The croissant was half burnt, so I threw that part out. It's a good thing that I also ordered some plain bagel bites. I hope that the croissant will be better next time.

Been a customer for many years, but lately? This place went in the toilet due to their piss poor staff who doesn’t care about their jobs. I’m sick of getting wrong coffees numerous times a week and having to come back. I had to change my schedule around just to get someone who kinda cares enough to make an almost correct coffee at 5 instead of the 7 that I rather go at. I pay extra now for extra swirl because they haven’t seem to grasp the concept of a full pump. The wait times are terrible now also, the drive thru is always backed out probably because they’re messing up orders so much. The window guy who’s punching up tickets wrong gave me a lot of attitude about my wrong coffee then proceeded to hand me a coffee with regular milk instead of oat, thank that dude for my raging diarrhea next time will you? Bring back the old manager, the one who smiled and didn’t just throw your order at you and walk away. The one whose workers cared enough to make things correctly. I pay a lot of money on a lattes and coffees everyday, I’m very much about to drive to a different location or I’ll settle for somewhere else in general.

Needed a Coffee and bagel. Decided to walk in because no one was in the drive-thru. 3 people working. Almost 8 minutes to make a bagel.....said no to the coffee because time is of Essence when you're at work... so I won't come back to this dunking ever again.
