The coffee is disgusting. Do not go in the morning , they will serve you old burnt coffee. Asked for a bagel and there was a scrape of cream cheese. The worker was also extremely rude for no reason. I also work in the morning and it’s hard but that’s not an excuse to not do your job correctly.

Order the same iced coffee with one cream and no sugar every day and it’s a surprise of what I get once you take a sip. Inconsistent. Has sugar , extra cream, sweet and low. It’s a game of roulette. Spin the wheel and see what you get. Won’t be going to this location again.

A well run ship, everyone is hustling, courteous, and polite. They do a nice job at this Dunkin’ Donuts - it’s fast and friendly which is exactly what the customer is expecting. I figured I’d leave this review to let it be known. 👍👍

I wish I could put zero stars. The customer service is non existent in this store. I did nothing to these people to be treated so horribly! The Store manager will fight you if you would like your drink that you payed for fixed, even if they give you ROTTEN milk!!!!! After realizing she had to fix my drink, SHE SPIT IN IT!!!! The owner gaslit me when I called corporate but I saw it with my own eyes!!! I will NEVER be returning to this DUMP.

They're just so much slower than any other dunkin in the area and I have no idea why. It'll usually be faster to drive 10 minutes to another rather than wait here for 20 minutes when there's 3 cars in line.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered two egg and cheese wraps and a hash brown, but the wraps were not toasted properly—the cheese wasn’t even melted—and the hash browns were burnt. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue like this here. The quality needs serious improvement.
I went to this Dunkin 4 different times and the food/coffee was absolutely awful. My coffee taste watered down with a bunch of sugar. My brisket scramble was cold couldn’t even stomach it. I get that every restaurant has their days but 4 times??? I will never go to that Dunkin again!

I’m a regular customer at DD’S ,and I usually don’t post reviews but on Monday’s when I get out of work around 7:30 that woman behind the counter will make you the best cup of coffee and provide the best customer service .!!! I wish all service workers took their jobs as seriously and professionally as she does ..!! I honestly don’t know how to stop singing her praises.!!! P.s great job hiring her and I wish all your employees follow her work ethics…!!! (SATISFIED CUSTOMER)
