Absolutely the Poorest Dunkin I saw ever.I parked the car but could not get in as they were serving drive through only without any sort of sign. We had to go around and fell into a pothole in their drive thru. It was a blind spot right after the turn and dislocated my bumper. When I ask the agent . She said they asked the authorities to fix but no one did. I requested her to at least put a warning sign or a cone to help people avoid it. Seems like they don't care.

This place is awesome until at 4pm. I’m not sure who the staff is but they lied to my face 3x about not putting cream in my coffee when half of it was cream and I’m highly lactose intolerant. Normally I don’t mind things happen, but this guy looked me in face and lied which I found pretty grimy especially if you have food

I normally try to avoid this store by I decided to give it another try yesterday. My mistake!. Every time I go there, they simply don't have any food! I tried to order a sausage all and cheese croissant, they are out of croissants.i try to order a bagel, nope none of those. I try to order a chocolate doughnut, they are out of those too. This happens to me every time I go there! We're talking at least a dozen times over the last few years. Maybe they only serve coffee lol?! I honestly don't know how they stay in business. I always end up telling the person taking my order to just forget it and I drive off just going to another Dunkin. If you're hungry, save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

Every week for the past 5 weeks they are always telling me they are out of stock for all refreshers and rockstar energy drinks at 9 am but in the afternoon if I come they sell it to me. It’s rather this store needs to restock on a lot more of there drinks or they don’t feel like making the drinks in the morning other than that the workers don’t give me any problem

After getting home, we had to make coffee and add DD real cream and sugar from grocer to all the ice we got in drive through. We noticed the icy circus drinks blocks away and not going back spending time and fuel in that traffic. At the menu intercom, no one told us 1) our pastries we paid for were not available, 2) nor was the flavor topping and 3) that the one of two drinks paid full price for would have topping substituted without asking us first by the female there. The male who said to come to the pick up space was smiling sneakily when they revealed what they had AFTER we arrived to get our orders. The stale muffins were awful. Only one drink was the “free” National Cold Brew” offer. We have lost respect for this location.

Coffee was terrible! I asked for caramel and got plain brew with zero sweetener. They had no bread of any kind, sausage wraps,hasbrowns,just eggs and donuts. How do you have breakfast at this store? This is the 3rd time and last time I go to this location. I was hoping bad day the other 2 times but this last trip was just as bad! Avoid this store! They are always out of Everything!
