This is the only dunkin I pass on my way to work...9/10 times Im late to work because im waiting for my mobile order to be completed. Seems like no one can’t follow directions.
Always putting less cream or no flavor .
So sad we pay so much for coffee and plus tips and they can’t even make the coffee right .

Went to NY ovals cricket ground and found this Dunkin pretty close to the ground . Parking was good . They had drive through too. Drive through takes a long time . Service was slow on drive through. So , I had to back up and park my car , and go inside directly .

Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service inside was good . Ordered cofeee , hasbrowns and few other stuff . Regular coffee was average , and hot latte was super good .. Hashbrowns were a bit soggy . Not too pricey . Liked it overall.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This is the second time I tried to get an order inside and was completely ignored. I stood in there for 20 mins one day and today 10 mins. I wasn’t even acknowledged.

I waited for 25 minutes before I finally got to the window to pay. I waited another 10 before pulling away without my order. My patience had been fully tested! I work in customer service, I understand staffing shortages. It wasn't that busy!
