At 1pm on a Sunday trying to get a milk shake you would think it was like trying to get passwords to a door at the pentagon… oh we are cleaning the machine - sat here for an hour no cleaning… just say you don’t want to deal with it and take it off your menu…

Turkey club on sourdough horrible bread was stale guess they figure most ask for toasted i did not. Crumbled when picked up. Only thing edible was the bacon

Went a few weeks ago go a grill cheese burger well asked for that got all the way home and that was not the correct burger they fix the situation love that good customer service okay I go back today 10/2/25 I pay for my meal ordered the same thing I should have received last week okay tell the man at the counter about my last experience I tell you I get back to this damn room to see I asked for no onions and lord behold it’s onions on the damn burger and the damn fries are soggy … like is it not ment for me to eat at this place cause you fail me twice I didn’t even bother calling to report they need ppl in the kitchen that look and pay attention to the ticket as you don’t know what ppl are allergic too .

Top 5 worst foods i have ever eaten. Got cheeseburger grilled cheese. Bacon not edible. Burger black and charred and beyond well done. Took 10 minutes. People behind me got their food first. Awful and a waste of money. Server running food was also beyond grumpy and wanted no part of doing anything. Disgusting.

Drove through a surprise snowstorm for what I thought would be a sit down Thanksgiving dinner; instead, I paid $30 for dinner served by a distracted employee in the same type of take out containers used to bring food to shut in’s and a “large” coffee that would have been a medium anywhere else. I had to go back to the counter to ask for a PLASTIC fork and knife. To be fair, the food wasn’t bad, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First (and last) time eating here for me.

Traaaaash! Waited about 20 minutes for my food . Went to go see what the holdup was, and apparently they gave my order to someone else. This my 2nd out of 3 bad experiences I’ve had with this place. They’ll mess your order up

The burger was delicious and I am pretty picky about the taste of burgers, quality meat, nice grilled roll. We had trouble finding a clean table, but that's normal for our area...most places don't train their employees to care about that.
