I love this place. Came here as a child and now as an adult moving away for 20 years. The matza ball soup and French dip are my favorites with a dr brown black cherry soda. So delicious.

Great food and friendly service. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Potato pancake was undercooked. The potato strands in the middle of the pancake were hard.

They don't make their own pastrami. Pastrami was thinly sliced on a slicer. Meat was rubbery. It sure ain't Katz!

Staff was nice. Restaurant was clean.

Wow, visiting the world famous Gershon's today was an unforgettable experience! Toni and Gina were absolutely phenomenal; their energy was contagious, making every moment delightful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, providing little touches of excellence throughout my visit. It felt like being welcomed by old friends rather than just receiving service! When you combine such friendly faces with top-notch quality—it creates magic! I'm eagerly counting down the days until I return for another round of extraordinary service!

Nice Jewish style deli. Most of the old favorites, including tongue. However, can't get an egg cream. Parking is challenging. Only open to 3 p.m.

Amazing!! The sandwich was huge, the service was quick and was the best pastrami that I've ever had. I ate my sandwich on way home and wanted to drive back and get another one.

Haven't been here in years. Definitely changed. Sandwich is mediocre to poor. Sandwich was small, very little meat, put together like a 7yearold child would do. No chips or anything else. Very overrated. Would not come back.

Parking: Pot luck on parking, good luck ?

Gershons is the most authentic deli around! It’s the best deli in the Capital Region. You always know what to expect when going to Gershons.
