The food is excellent but can definitely should get more than what you pay for. Maybe do a what 5guys does with the bag full of fries to make it work it.

The food was amazing. The service was awful. Whoever that manager is needs to get fired. All I did was order my food and she was rude irritated and frustrated. Respectfully, if people coming in giving you a food order bothers you please work in a different field that doesn’t require talking to customers, as it was disappointing to be talked to that way.

I've been ordering from them for a long time and almost every other night on uber for delivery but since past couple weeks my order is always messed up, the taste isnt the same, sometimes they dont put onions and tomatoes that I pay extra for on the burger, sometimes pickle is missing like the most basic ingredient, sometimes they dont send the sides I ordered and paid extra for and more than 4 times they forgot to give soda to the driver. I barely write reviews but I was really pissed off cause the same thing happened tonight. I dont know if the management or the closing shift changed lately but it's my request if anyone is seeing this please please please fix this issue cause it's my almost everyday late night go to snack!!! *attaching a screenshot of my order history so that you wont think I am lying* Thank you Happy holidays and Happy new year!!!

Everyone there seemed miserable, orders were wrong, and it took forever.
Delicious burgers,fries,shakes. It is on jay street in Schenectady so......it's nothing fancy but they are open till like 2am so after a show or a quick bite they have tasty food.

Grabbing a late dinner while traveling for work. Exciting to find this place as I could walk too it from my hotel and not worry about delivery and one that also offers GF substitution. I know its a burger joint but seriously to not do a lettuce wrap is nice (but they do offer that if you prefer!) Im not even done eating but this needs a review. Often Im getting thick dry buns when I go places that have GF substitutions.... but this was good, the burger itself delicious but to not have a dry gluten free bun was just heaven. I did a pick up order and it was being bagged up as I was walking in. Crew was friendly and efficient and welcome me in. Place is clean and plenty of seating if your with a friend group. Definitely will come back anytime im in the area. Thank you!!!! Also, if you're wondering price I got a double cheeseburger with GF bun(comes delux style), large fries, drink, and GF brownie with tax was $24 seriously for what I got price was a steal; so again Thank you!!!!!

Skip the loaded fries, and go for the tenders if you don’t mind them being a bit dry for an excellent crisp. The Jalapeño aioli recommended to me by the lady was great— and so was her caring energy. Would go back and try the burgers

was here around lunch time, manager/shift leader was screaming at one of the only other employee’s working during lunch rush. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life, i know they can be kinda cut throat some times but this is definitely drawing a line. Screaming over personal issues as a manger during peak business hours, when you are only working with a total of 2 others is not how any manager should operate. Regardless of how many workers they had on, the manner in which this man was yelling at his employee was disgusting. He clearly lacks any respect for the customers, the business, or the employees.This was the schenectady location .
