A burger joint should be all about the burger. And the burger here was excellent! I was a bit disenchanted by the staff...again, it's about the burger, and I acknowledge that they were busy. But the staff was cold and annoyed, and I felt a bit of an inconvenience. Would I go back under the same conditions...sure I would. It was a damn good burger. But I felt like I needed to eat quickly and get out of their way.

I had to cater a rather large company meeting and I thought Herbie's (Schenectady branch) would be a fun idea. I placed my order a 4 days before I needed it, so as they had adequate time to plan and prepare. The day before I had to add a small amount to the order, so I gave them a call to explain that there would be 2 orders that needed to be delivered together through the meal delivery service (Mealeo). The employee assured me he would communicate the addition to the original order and both orders would be delivered together. The day of the order, I received a phone call from a rather rude Herbie's employee seeking clarification that i only needed the small addition, and not both orders. I calmly explained that i need both orders and I had called 24 hours prior to make sure it was still possible and to make sure they get delivered together. The employee proceeds to give me a remarkably rude attitude that there are only two of them and that it would be another 45 minutes. I verbally acknowledged that I understand accidents happen, but I was pretty disappointed considering I had communicated everything clearly and was trying to be considerate with calling 24 hours in advanced to make sure everything would be okay. Overall the food was good, but I was hoping for a little less attitude from the restaurant themselves

It's nice to have a vegan burger option. Burgers were ok, not overly flavorful. My daughter said the chicken nuggets were good but didn't have them myself. Fries were good. Wanted to try the shakes but they're made with house made syrups and wasn't sure how that would be. Nice late night option. We got it delivered and they forgot ketchup and straws but not a huge deal.

The place was clean and service was good. The burgers are decent but the fries was less than average. The prices are way too high for what you get $15 for a double cheeseburger and fries that are ok at best is way too much.

I go to the Guilderland location. burgers, fries, shakes cookies are awesome. Just had the new chicken sandwich and it was dynamite (really really good). thank you E for recommending it.
