Skip the loaded fries, and go for the tenders if you don’t mind them being a bit dry for an excellent crisp. The Jalapeño aioli recommended to me by the lady was great— and so was her caring energy. Would go back and try the burgers

The food is fabulous! However, it's the second time I've been there and there's no ice for your fountain drinks. Once someone gave us our food, they disappeared in the back and they couldn't get their attention. And there were no paper towels in the restroom which is always a pet peeve for me. But the burger was excellent! And the blueberry soda was delicious. I just wish we had ice.

Gritty atmosphere that has an authentic local no-frills feel. The food is simple but delicious; the Nerdy Bird in particular is amazing - spicy breaded chicken with pickles and aioli on a potato bun that puts other chain chicken sandwiches to shame. The service was even better when we visited; the person at the register apologized up front for the brief wait because they had a big order in process and was great at communicating about the status of our food.
