So, 2 weeks ago I ordered and it was the literally the best pizza in Rotterdam! But it was so disappointing to pick it up today and it literally was the worst… basic cheese and a very thin cardboard crust… tasted like it too! I couldn’t believe it!! My little girl who’s obsessed with highbridge couldn’t even finish it! I remain a believer in this shop! I’ll try again and hopefully the magic hasn’t disappeared forever!
I've been enjoying pizza made here since the late 1950s! Yes, I'm that old and my parents were buying at the time. My only regret is that I don't get there as often as I would like. Cohoes is a bit farther than directly across the street or just over the bridge. Thanks, Highbridge Pizza, for a lifetime of REALLY GOOD pizza!
Pizza was not the usual. The sauce was dark and almost burned, My broccoli was mushy, and my mushrooms were canned. I did not even mention the crust. Sorry but I wanted you to know.
