The wings here are absolutely phenomenal! Friendly service, too. Highly recommend.

I would have gave this place a 5 star if it were jst based on service (some of the best and friendliest bartenders/servers I’ve ever seen) and I’m sure it’s a great place to have some drinks or a beer. But do not go there for the food. I had a long wait for my next Amtrak connection and ordered a soda (very flat) and chicken tenders which were not great but the real complaint I have is that the blue cheese I had with my tenders was sooo spoiled. That’s unacceptable

I don't know how people are rating this bar so high. It's a dive bar, and a very popular one at that. The bartop is sticky, crumbs and food still on it from the night(s) before, beer served in plastic cups, and the smell...the last time I was there it smelled like a cat peed in there. Don't get me wrong, I've been there many times, because it can be a very fun dive bar. But in no way is it deserving of 5 stars for the atmosphere or food. Service is good, with only a couple of full-time/regular bar staff.

Absolutely fantastic food and service at hunters on jay , went there seeking human companionship, found an absolute gem 💎, very comfortable place with great partons & and amazing bartender!
Wings were hot crispy & fantastic, turkey club sandwich speaks for itself! , had a wonderful selection of craft beers 🍺 on tap, I would recommend this place to anyone in Schenectady looking for a great atmosphere great service and fantastic food on a Friday night.
Walking in the door 🚪 a stranger and being made to feel like a regular highly valued weekly customer, was an experience I have not often found anywhere in the restaurant Industry.
This place deserves 10 stars ⭐ and I can only give 5 😢.
