My wife and I went here for dinner while exploring downtown Schenectady. Didn't need a reservation, staff was very welcoming. We both ordered Pho which came quickly and was delicious. Menu has many other items including Thai dishes. Prices were reasonable too. We will certainly return.

I ordered from this place once before … took some time but no issues. I ordered this time and they cancelled the order on their end. They called me and started telling me they cooked the food and I cancelled the order and they won’t get their money. At this point I had no idea the order was cancelled… she did not let me speak much just kept yelling I cancelled the order. I looked to see what was going on and called back to try to fix the situation. Got hung up on twice until finally she got back on phone and tried to tell me I was trying to get the food for free? She did not let me speak to try to help explain. Point is I never cancelled the order they did, and I was not trying to get something for free. Worst customer experience … food is ok but not for the this hassle.
