Wow, this place knocked my socks off! I was ordering delivery and was in the mood for noodles but wanted to try something different. I took a chance and ordered the marinated beef kazami noodles, knife cut and with soy vinaigrette. The beef is so soft, the noodles are excellent. I absolutely want to eat at the restaurant soon (maybe for my birthday next week). My rose lychee tea was also nice! I never expected to get this quality of noodles outside of NYC. Kazami Boba Tea Ramen Noodle Restaurant serves incredibly delicious food. The ramen and bubble tea are consistently flavorful, and the overall quality is excellent. While staff do check in on meals, the overall service experience could still be improved. Small changes—like offering a warmer welcome, using a more polite tone, and showing more enthusiasm when interacting with guests—would make a big difference. Food is great and the vibe is nice, the service sucks, the girls they have working there have the attitude of high school bullies. There’s not many bubble tea choices around the area so my choice are limited, this last visit has left a sour taste in my mouth about giving this place my business again.
