Came in because they advertise Guatemalan food. Plantains were not cooked well and given sour cream instead of creama. Arepa was bland and cheese was too cold. Not authentic Guatemalan food. Not worth $20

I like this place a lot but I’ve noticed recently the are starting to raise prices and for the food they serve they had the right prices now it’s really not worth it

Quesabirria tacos were amazing! It comes with an orange hot sauce…thats more amazing, wish they put more in my order. Might have to go in person to get all the hot sauce i want. Great flavor. Delivery was very fast. Sweet plantains and hibiscus drink topped it off!

Absolutely horrible customer service and would not issue a refund for an order they lost in their system. I tried to give them a chance considering I received horrible customer service the last time I was there. I try my best to give every restaurant the benefit of the doubt since I can imagine what they do isn't easy but I'd also expect that a restaurant would treat paying customers with a little more respect. I left the restaurant with no food and out of almost $40. Wouldn't recommend eating here.

The birria beef tacos was next level. If there was an apocalypse. It would be who of you to have them on the payroll to enjoy something Worth living for other than.... you know, living! They are everything. No! I will not share.... we come to blows! They are mine. Heck I'm about to go buys some more right now! Good day to you sir!

I thought the food was good. I got a burrito, which was good. I would not recommend the horchata here.
I would try them again. I got it delivered.

We walked in for the first time today and a lady grabs a note pad ready to take our order. I let her know it was our first time and got nothing. Tried saying it in Spanish and still nothing. I asked if we should sit and order or stand. My point is that the customer service part just wasn't there.
We ended up ordering our food and I was really looking forward to the taste of it all but was sadly disappointed after my food arrived. I ordered 2 tacos. One chicken and one shrimp. Ended up with fried pork and chicken. Decided to keep them and combine both tacos into one in order to feel as though I had a full taco. There was so much cilantro and red onions in each one that I am still tasting onion after taking half of it off. The fried pork and chicken were very overcooked. I have had Venezuelan food in so many different places and had hope that my hometown could finally have brought some awesome flavors but it was an epic fail.
Maybe they were just having an off day but I am not going to go back and spend another $50.
