I had an order of wings and pizza delivered recently. The order with tip was approximately 90.50. I used a credit card to pay and when I get my cc statement I see 100.50 charged from Lucias. I stopped in to the shop to let them know what happened. I was met a rudeness and poor customer service from what seemed to be the owner. He told he needs to see my receipt. Who keeps pizza delivery receipts? If I was the owner or manager, I would have given the customer the benefit of the doubt and made things right. Now for 10 lousy dollars you lost a customer and bad word of mouth from a local. I hope it was worth it.

The pizza sauce was fantastic, freshly made. The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Large cheese pizza was wonderful and will visit again. Traveling from out of town it was well worth the stop!
