Took a road trip with my fiancé and ended up here. This place had the best burger either of us have had in a long time. Service was good and prices were honestly pretty low. Will definitely come back anytime I’m in this part of the state.

We went to Manhattan Exchange last night for restaurant week, and we've never been there before. We were highly impressed with the food! Everything shown was either off the happy hour menu or off the restaurant week menu (see photo). Drinks were very well made, and I was highly impressed with the bartender skills.
I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for well-executed food in a casual environment. Waitress was also excellent, checking in on us at the right times. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Manhattan Exchange did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I came for Valentine’s Day and had such a nice time. We both got the Sam Adams Seasonal and Fat Tire beer, and shared the Shrimp Po Boy, Wisconsin Butter Burger, Campus Fries, and Beef Wellington. Everything was so good! The staff was really kind and attentive, and we were seated upstairs. The atmosphere and interior are lovely. 10/10 would absolutely come back!

Even on a cold and dreadful night, the staff managed to be warm and welcoming. My partner's chicken sandwich was moist and the breading just thick enough to give that perfect crunch, nicely accentuated by the buttered and grilled brioche roll. The fries were perfectly crisp and salted. My burger was the perfect temperature, and my sweet potato fries wonderfully crisp and still soft inside. Glad I tried them out.

Theenu was small but not the food. The serving sizes were just right and flavour was on point. Everything from the steak tips Diane to the burgers. Over all it was a good experience. I would recommend it to a friend, especially the short rib fries.

We let Manhattan Exchange cook for us last night and purchased the family dinner. We chose the chicken marsala and penne Alfredo. Both were awesome!!! It was a home cooked meal without the fuss or mess. We’ll definitely do this again!

My first time in Schenectady, such a great quaint town with tons of history. I was in town to meet with my daughter for dinner and they had the night market. I was with my pup chose this place for their and outdoor seating, they were very super friendly, the service is excellent and the food was delicious, definitely will be back.

2nd time visiting - ate at the bar both times. The 3 tacos are flavorful. We had the shrimp. The ceasar salad with chicken was large and looked great. Unfortunately there was a heavy enough peper flavor to make it not taste great. On another visit we had the Cobb salad and that was delicious. Service was only ok. They obviously forgot to put our order in or something because our food came out with others that had been there less time than us. Great spot. Sports on TV. We will go back.

Been going here for years, never had a bad food experience, portions are large, prices are right and everything is well made. Drinks are nicely priced and it has a regular amicable crowd. Basically, this is the Cheers of Schenectady.
9/2025 update: still the absolute best food, service and friendly atmosphere. Just went with my mother for lunch... Mom approved.
