I visited 9/21/24 and ordered a Fan Meal Double Cheeseburger, but I requested it be made as a regular burger with only ketchup, no cheese. When my order came with cheese, I politely asked at the counter for a remake.
Unfortunately, the staff member responded by unnecessarily correcting me on how to place the order, which came across as condescending. While I understand mistakes happen, the way it was handled made for a negative experience. I hope future interactions can be more respectful and focused on resolving the issue.

Not sure they know how to use the two drive thru lands. I was in the main inside lane they told me to wait. Four cars from the outside lane went before me cool cool. Then I pull up to the window please pull over to spot 1. 25 minutes for a Mc double,mc chicken and a coke. Just telling my story nothing is going to change and Mc Donald's couldn't care less.

These lady's that work herer work hard and do what they have to do to keep this place going
My little girl and I always have fun every time we come everybody is very helpful and I love as you come in and you order your food they bring it to the table I love that that is so convenient especially when you are a parent and you have small kids

some lady I think she was the manager gave me attitude while ordering my food !! Very rude I’ll never be back to this place again ! She needs to get fire

I ordered food to take out. I brought my own insulated bag to keep it warm. The food wasn't bad but I went inside & was standing close enough to be heard, or so I thought. The only problem I had with the order was she got an item wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a McDouble instead. The McDouble has 1 slice of cheese. The double cheeseburger has 2 for however much extra they charge. That's basically the only real difference between the two. I missed that other slice of cheese. I am a person who really loves cheese. This made me sad. She bundled it with my McChicken (which did look a lil sloppy) for a deal, $3.99. But I really didn't want that. I wanted my cheese. So overall, wasn't bad but made me sad anyway.
