This is the worst McDonald’s ever at night time. The over night manager is completely rude. They mess up orders and don’t care. I highly hate that this is the closest one to me. Avoid at all cost

I visited 9/21/24 and ordered a Fan Meal Double Cheeseburger, but I requested it be made as a regular burger with only ketchup, no cheese. When my order came with cheese, I politely asked at the counter for a remake.
Unfortunately, the staff member responded by unnecessarily correcting me on how to place the order, which came across as condescending. While I understand mistakes happen, the way it was handled made for a negative experience. I hope future interactions can be more respectful and focused on resolving the issue.

Not sure they know how to use the two drive thru lands. I was in the main inside lane they told me to wait. Four cars from the outside lane went before me cool cool. Then I pull up to the window please pull over to spot 1. 25 minutes for a Mc double,mc chicken and a coke. Just telling my story nothing is going to change and Mc Donald's couldn't care less.
