Absolutely appalling experience at McDonald's. Where do I even start? The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by a floor so sticky it felt like walking on flypaper. The tables were a mess, littered with leftovers and napkins, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I finally got to ordering, the staff seemed more interested in their phones than serving customers. After a lengthy wait, my order arrived cold and unappetizing, a far cry from the fast, friendly service they advertise. The burger was so dry, it crumbled at the first bite, and the fries were so soggy, they could have been mistaken for overcooked noodles. To add insult to injury, the soda tasted like it was mostly carbonated water. I've had my fair share of fast food, but this was an all-time low. A total disappointment and a waste of money. McDonald's really dropped the ball on what should be a simple task: serving decent food quickly. Never again.

Placed a mobile order. Arrived 10 minutes later. Order not ready. Told by the person working the window that they don’t even start mobile orders till you pull up. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Terrible food. The most terrible chicken nuggets I’ve ever try. Everything seems already cooked for a long time. Every time I go there the food are terrible. Will not go to them anymore. I bought 20 pieces of nuggets, out 20 of them I only have half of the nugget as this is how terrible it is. Fries are bad, burger is bad and old.

Seems like every time you go to this McDonald's they never have shakes. And there still a few hours until there suppose to close. Is it that they don't want to clean the machines???

They always make you park in the lot to get food if you go through the drive thru even if no one is there. Probably to make the drive thru times look good. Today they told me it would be so my fries were fresh but those fries were definitely sitting there a while.

Worked out of McDs from 8am-11am while work was getting done on my car. Nicely remodeled and pleasant environment, staff was extremely friendly and lunch was hot and fresh.
