Everytime i come here theres always some problem. Either my food order is wrong. The computers dont work or the staff take 5 plus minutes to take your order. Ridiculous.

I order from several locations in my area from time to time because this is my daughter's favorite fast food choice. My two complaints are that my orders are almost never correct (missing items or ingredients) and the fries are almost never hot and crispy.

Absolutely worst mcdonalds to go to in the region. They forgot half my items for breakfast and when I went back they gave me all the wrong items again. They do this regularly. The employees are always half asking the entire situation it takes us 20 mins to have help at the counter.

Anyone should avoid the store because management allows their employees to stand their phones and then the manager claims that it is part of the job for reading the job description. It doesn’t say anything about a phone Listening to music cussing is very professional to be a GM funny How the Julia is allowed to bring up personal information and make me feel uncomfortable You guys have I don’t wanna have your kids walking out a place don’t ever On route 50 ridiculous how they treat their employees and the training As what they say, it is, I wasn’t even trained properly. I’m not even trained by Proper English with an accent funny tho Wonder why you can’t keep employees, correct I bet if code enforcement looked in that bathroom at that sink And the plumbing they would have an issue and they would shut it down, I have watched a story of Ron MacDonald because this is not how you operate a McDonald’s

Everything was somehow both over cooked and ice cold, very impressive, haven’t eaten McDonald’s in over a decade and this experience certainly didn’t change my mind.

Very Rude Employee, white girl with long hair at window is very nasty.. I came Sep 30 9pm.
2 people, 2 meals. I tried the new Bacon special addition gold deluxe McCrispy. They forgot my tomatoes. The whole reason I get a deluxe. Haven't gone to McDonald's in a long while because thier food never comes out right. Was craving thier fries and should have just stuck with that. The picture doesnt look close to the sandwich and they messed it up anyway. Also my friend got chicken nugget meal and they messed up his drink. He asked for a Pepsi and they gave him an orange High-C.

The burnt fry was so hard at the end it stabbed the roof of my mouth, it was so painful and made me bleed. The chicken nuggets were also overly cooked and dried out. The burger was ok and the drinks are always good.

Purchased a mocha frappe here about a year ago and it had what appeared to be shards of glass in it, which I ingested and had to go to the ER. I have been having stomach issues ever since. I reached out to the company and they have done nothing since telling me that they were investigating. They don't care about their customers! Smh

It was a pleasure secret shopping this place becase not only did they not give or ask me if I want a recipet but it was followed up with me calling because my double was missing when entering the lobby they were laughing about it and speaking about it and then notice me . Unprofessional!!

Whoever made the mcgriddles on 8/13/25 about 9:25am, made them flawlessly! It was finger lickin good!! Perfect! And the 2 cashiers were so pleasant. This store wins best McDonald's!
