We had a carb omelet with mushroom & Swiss, and honestly it tasted just like home. It felt so familiar and comforting — like I was at home. Everything was perfect.

Richard is a wonderful man carrying a wonderful mission forward. Please stop by here and at least grab some handmade stickers if you’re not hungry - though I’d highly recommend the tomato and mushroom sandwich. Thank you Richard!

"Unique" may be an overused term, but it really applies to the Moon & River's vibe/decor/layout/personality. Something of a coffee house feel, but with an extensive menu. Mostly vegan, but not entirely even vegetarian. The exceptions are well identified. I found it clean. Staff and patrons were friendly. On my one visit, parking was available in small adjacent lot. Good food. No alcohol.
this cafe has open mic nights and so many lice performers. it's my new favorite place to be

Love this place. Great music, great people, and great food. Incredibly affordable with lots of vegan options. Stop in and say hello to Londo and catch some local talent on Friday and Saturday nights.

6 of us stopped in after a Proctors show. It was a quick walk after sitting for awhile. Cash only but ATM available. Everything was amazing. The menu was the biggest I have ever seen. All of our dishes were remarkable, we had the Swedish meatballs, crab cake and fig & feta as appetizers. The one man chef made each dish with love and care.

This is a quirky little hole in the wall with a lot of personality, a huge menu, and good food made to order. I should note that it is principally a vegan restaurant, although there were some non-vegan items on the menu. I had a turkey Reuben that was as good as some pastrami Reubens I have had in the past.
Service was good, despite the place becoming busy.

Why is nobody talking about how the food that this place serves is FREEZER FOOD like they go to Walmart and buy food to heat up and sell the atmosphere is horrendous creepy old hippie basement vibes I would not recommend going here unless you want to have breakfast/ lunch in a weird old house that sells freezer food..

This place is cool 😎. You feel like you're in a different space when you walk into this little spot. Great food, lots of vegetarian options. Great service and amazing live music ever night of the week. Sunday nights are open mic nights. The prices were amazing. The feel of the place was magical to me with the artwork and the ambiance of it all.
