I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was very plain — the Chicken Marsala with mushrooms lacked seasoning. It tasted more like plain chicken with a few mushrooms on top, rather than a rich, flavorful dish.
Also, the cleanliness of the restaurant could use more attention. It’s always important for a dining space to feel fresh and well-maintained, and that just wasn’t the case during my visit. I hope improvements are made, both in the kitchen and in overall upkeep.

Great Italian food! LOVE their homemade bread that I've had with sandwiches, French toast, pasta and more. Pizza is great too! Really cute place and love their food!

I went there tonight and was hungry for some decent food and had not been here in years but was disappointed....because there was nothing affordable on the menu!! It was cold and noisy in the place....I had a glass of cheap wine and mussels and it was over 30 dollars! ....the mussels were just ok and the sauce had a strange texture that I had never experienced before as I dipped my bread in it...it was like it had cornstarch or flour added to the wine and broth..idk but it didn't rival the frozen ones I get at price chopper by much or at all... and when I was reading the prices on the menu I was shocked 8 bucks for a cupcake...25d for spaghetti and meatballs !!
The Hunger Games are happening alright!
And I wanted the pasta fagioli that I always got there for years when I didn't make my own but they no longer had it!!
Why idk but its would be nice to be able to get a meal outside of Stewarts or McDonald's for less than 50 dollars ....and that's becoming a challenge ...I paid 17d at a local place in the stockade for a lousy pre fab egg sandwich oj and a coffee.....so in essence if you dont have at least a 20d bill you aren't getting much ...if anything good at all...

My friend and I checked out a new spot for the first time and finally found a truly authentic Italian restaurant! Can’t wait to go back soon!

I ordered from them and loved the idea of some chicken marsala and some fresh pickled veggies (maybe something delicious like beets).
I was sent unseasoned chicken in dirty dishwater and PICKLES AND CARROTS. What is WRONG with your chef!? These items need to be removed from the menu immediately these are not safe for human consumption.

While I expected to have Coal Fired Pizza, it wasn't available. That being said the lasagna was excellent, the meatballs had great flavor and you got 4 of them. The spaghetti carbonara was delicious and the penne ala vodka had a red pepper kick to it.
Over all the food was good. I just had a hankering for the pizza and when I saw it advertised on the window I was super excited... but quickly disappointed.
