I got 2 subs. one ended up coming out fine. but MY sub was the hot sub. i asked for a buffalo chicken with lettuse cheese and hot sauce. i go home to find out she put mayo or something on my sub and no hot sauce. there was only 1 person working there so im not entirely sure how they messed up a simple sub. not really that mad about it but like… how did u mess that up :(
The shop was nice and clean, both the workers behind the counter were very kind too! I got potato bites and a buffalo chicken sub. The potato bites were hot, fresh and crispy. Basically just tater tots but they were really good. The buffalo chicken sub was not great, the chicken tasted terrible and the ingredients just didn't taste very fresh to me. I would suggest just going to Jersey Mike's or Subway for the better quality
Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops.
