Have never been here in person but I tried their bacon and eggs with home fries today and it’s my go to spot for breakfast on door dash now. The home fries are amazing!! Excellent food, perfect preparation, packaged well, prompt delivery. The cheapest quality, two egg meal on door dash by a few bucks.

I don't know how this place is getting all these great reviews, I got 2 hot dogs with the works they did not taste good at all The meat sauce was bland and looked like pet food the hot dogs themselves had hardly any flavor. I took a few bites of the first dog and couldn't do no more I threw out the second one. I also got onion rings they had no flavor and was a bit burnt. The the staff was very nice the inside was nice and historic but for the quality of food that I had I will not be coming back

The staff was awesome and friendly. Greeted us immediately upon entering and gave us the best seat. Full of regulars who were also friendly. The food was excellent and portions were good. Service was also excellent prompt and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. Best breakfast in town!

I drive from Albany to Schenectady 3 or 4 times a week.im a different er Freak And love eating there.The entire staff is friendly,courteous and enjoy small talking,making you feel at home. Orders are taken within minutes And a glass of ice water are there while you wait. Food is prepared as ordered Portions are above most1 They have been ,IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVER IOO YEARS.THERES A REASONFOR THAT.THEY LOVE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMERS FEEL THE SAME FOR THEM. This is a place where Friends, Families and Love to Find I found them and. "I'M A STAYING".LOVE THIS PLACE.

We are traveling on our boat doing a six thousand mile trip and stopped at the local marina and after reading the reviews we decided to eat lunch here. The staff was amazing, the food was excellent and we got to talk to the owner for quite a while. Definitely a hometown feel, lots of repeat locals so you know it’s great. We had a delicious Philly Cheesesteak and a tuna melt, fries were cooked perfectly as were the onion rings. Pricing was very reasonable and we would definitely go there again.

As far as the rating for this diner if there was a way to make it 6 stars I definitely would. My 8 year old has behavioral disabilities and they were great with him. I haven't really been able to enjoy myself going out to eat when he's with me and I was able to have a great & relaxing meal. Their food reminds me of good, wholesome, home cooked dinners that we used to have at my Gram's house. Definitely an A++ for this cozy diner & all of the employees, every employee there made it a point to interact with my son, it was great!!!
