Just signed up for the sip club through my phone Perks. Although I failed to show up in the system, the staff attempted to assist, and allowed me to get my first coffee, suggesting there may be a lag and recommending I check later and if I still didn't show up, to come back and they'd help me.

One worker was incredibly odd and made my husband feel uncomfortable. she follows him around everytime he comes in talking about how he smells. It was nice the first time but everytime he comes into the store to do his deliveries is weird. She even gave him a nickname “Versace guy” . He’s communicated to me how uncomfortable these incidents have made him feel which is why I felt the need to finally leave a review as I witnessed the harassment this time - He kept me on the phone this time so I could hear her harassment. Please train your workers to be considerate and civilized members of society instead of wagging their tails around like a dog in heat. God bless you all I hope this can be a learning experience.

You can depend on this Panera shop to provide good service. I had left another and came to this one because the first had NO service and acted like the customers didn't exist
panera, panera, panera. ive always wanted to enjoy this restaurant but i simply dont think its my fate. right when i finally found a food my picky palate could enjoy, the broccoli cheddar mac and cheese was discontinued not even a full year later. but it wasnt that big of a deal because i had been graced with an even better thing: the buffalo chicken melt. little did i know, when i craved it about a month or two after having it the first time i find out, they discontinued that too! this almost put me over, but i like to give chances sometimes so tonight when i didnt feel quite right and my mom insisted on getting me something from this place, we settled on a turkey sandwich with light mayo. i open the cold sandwich to find mayonnaise spilling out of the sides of the sourdough. really. in what world is that LIGHT mayo? these people seem to lack attention to detail and i, an angry 17 year old girl believe i could do the job better but for some reason nice guys always finish last and i have no chance. so, this is my goodbye, my final hurrah to panera, my sense of closure. i highly do not recommend this place for picky eaters despite how tempting it may be.
I like panera, but the day we came in here, many tables were dirty, and they were out of baguettes, breadbowls, and more. I think it was just an off day?

Food's good, not happy with the dine in service. You have to pick up your food as opposed to the server bringing it over. Which is fine but the pickup area is in the back of the store you can't hear when the call your name and the app/text is delayed sometimes. Overall it's a good place to eat but their service structure is very confusing.

This Panera has the incredible ability to get every single order wrong every single time. If you place an order for delivery or pickup, items WILL be missing. Every time. They check them off on the bag but don’t give them to you. They must be saving millions by not giving people what they pay for! Then they won’t refund you, they’ll just give you a Panera credit. You are better off with any other location.
