Two times ordered from this dump. Absolute garbage service, missing items that were paid for, delivery is an absolute nightmare. Why continue trying to pay for an enjoyable meal?!

Ordered the works and bbq chicken with pineapple. I haven't had Papa johns for years. The works was always the favorite. However, I found little topping compared to what I had years ago.

Not a fan. Ordered breadsticks with cheese, and instead of confirming I wanted cheese sticks they gave me plain breadsticks, made with obviously blown dough. Not a fan.

Placed an order for delivery at 1228pm. Attempted to call the store at 128pm and couldn't get a person on the phone for almost an hour. Finally got my food at 249pm. Free 2 liter for my trouble and a promise from supposed store manager (who delivered my food) that my next 2 orders were on him. Yeah like that will happen. Seriously?
Pizza was good, I found the pizza cooked to perfection, plenty of toppings. I was skeptical at first ordering from here due to its past reviews but maybe the management took charge and now they are functioning as required. I ordered for a pickup and the food was ready by the time they said it would be. Service-wise I am a little disappointed, why would you be stingy when giving out the pepper flakes they gave me 3 sachets for 2 large pizza. Overall I am satisfied with the food and taste.
