Placed an order for delivery at 1228pm. Attempted to call the store at 128pm and couldn't get a person on the phone for almost an hour. Finally got my food at 249pm. Free 2 liter for my trouble and a promise from supposed store manager (who delivered my food) that my next 2 orders were on him. Yeah like that will happen. Seriously?

Pizza was good, I found the pizza cooked to perfection, plenty of toppings. I was skeptical at first ordering from here due to its past reviews but maybe the management took charge and now they are functioning as required. I ordered for a pickup and the food was ready by the time they said it would be. Service-wise I am a little disappointed, why would you be stingy when giving out the pepper flakes they gave me 3 sachets for 2 large pizza. Overall I am satisfied with the food and taste.

Requested pizza be cooked well (crunchy). It was not. Ordered 5 topping pizza. Very stingy on the toppings. Pizza sat when done. Staff (3) didn't check to see if it was mine. Boneless wings were not crunchy (too mushy). Will not order Papa John's again.

After ordering make sure you check your receipt because they will give you a receipt without your reward digits to redeem so pay attention.They should know that when a person orders then they should give the customer their receipt.No one should have to ask.Customers aren't dummies and realize when your not giving a correct receipt with the rewards code on it.We would like to redeem our rewards...

No customer Skills even on a takeout order, they can’t seem to be professional. Take forever to bring your pizza when you choose deliver and when you come in, they treat you like trash. Absolutely mind blown. Couldnt even hand the pizza or say anything for that matter placed the pizza on the counter and walked away.
