Paulie's Pizza of Schenectady

Tonight I ordered pizza from Pauly's. It was probably close to closing but they took my order for delivery. The pizza came so quickly. It was piping hot and delicious! And a very polite young man made the delivery
I will definitely be ordering again!!

I am done with this place. The stench alone when you go in there is just about enough to make you never want to go back. I literally pull clothes from my dirty laundry to wear when I go in to pick something up. Have they ever considered changing their fry oil or turning on a vent fan? But the final straw was today. I ordered a buffalo chicken sub. It came with 1 squirt of sauce on it. It was comical, like it was a prank or something. I ordered through the Slice app, so I snapped a picture and sent it to them. Asking for a refund because it was a joke. They refunded me a DOLLAR... I'll see if I can add the pic to my review. Hilarious.

Edit: What a great response from Paulie's below. Instead of addressing the actual issue you try to make a joke out of it. Smart. I even provided a picture of the horribly made sub I bought, but that wasn't enough for you I guess. The point I'm making about wearing something from my dirty laundry when I enter your restaurant is that it smells so bad in there that I don't want to ruin any clean clothes. You trying to make a joke about that is hilarious, anyone who's ever been in there can attest to the smell. Laugh all you want, make jokes, but I won't be back. I've been a customer since you opened and given you enough chances. There are plenty of other places to order from that will make a decent sub and not cause my coat to smell for 3 days after being in there for 5 minutes.

Second Edit: I ordered through the Slice app, which your website directed me to. When I had an issue I went through the app's customer service, sent them a picture, and they called you. Your solution to refund me a single dollar (which I still haven't received 4 days later) came through proper channels. If you don't want complaints to come through the app, don't direct people to use it? I haven't said anything nasty. Every single thing I've said is factual.

Paulie’s made a heart pizza for us tonight
for Valentine’s Day (1 8 cut and 1 6 cut) and they were delicious! The kids loved it and it made our whole night. Highly recommend them

One of my favorite pizza places in the area! I prefer thin pizza and this place delivers (no pun intended🙂) Great crust and sauce. They use quality ingredients for their toppings, sausage, pepperoni etc. Consistently good pizza every time. Try Paulie's and you won't be disappointed!

I only moved to the area about six months ago and i've been looking for a place to make my regular spot. My family has owned a few pizzerias throughout my life and worked in several so im picky to say the least on what i consider good pizza. I ordered a plain cheese and a pepperoni and an order of fries for the little kids. Everything came in under an hour it was all piping hot and the fries were still crispy! The pizza was delicious and even with a couple family members fighting off the stomach flu they couldn't help themselves but to have some. Needless to say I will definitely be getting my pizza here from now on along with the three other adults in my house and my upstairs neighbors. My grandmother is already planning on telling her sister whose lived in the area for years and has been going somewhere else.

Driver got the pie here quick, make sure to tip. Legit ingredients, recommend the Italian mix sub w/ olive & vinegar, and Italian dressing!

Really good thin crust. Two slices and a can for $4.99

So thin the sunlight shines through. Shocked to say this myself but the best pizza in the capital district.
