The wait staff was great. The food took almost an hour and 15 minutes and was not worth the wait. The salad was done nicely, but the Ruben was extremely disappointing. The corned beef was dried out around the edges, the quantity of all the ingredients was sparse and it wasn't grilled. The turkey club had enough on it to make a half sandwich.

Was this the worst dining experience I've ever had? Probably. The place is chaos. Employees running around doing each others jobs and people who may or may not be customers walking into the kitchen and behind the bar. Our waiter was wearing dirty, grey sweatpants tucked into work boots. He was nice enough but he didn't write down our order for 4 people. He assured us that he "had a great memory". I did not feel assured and my feelings were validated when they completely forgot 1 of our orders (a burger and onion rings) and when we asked him if they were bringing it out he said yes and then disappeared. When he walked by again we asked if the burger was coming out he said "oh let me check" and then came back and said "it'll be 5 minutes" meaning they forgot about it and were making it. It took about 15 minutes. They never apologized or anything. Our waiter NEVER came back to the table again. Another guy brought out the burger (no onion rings) and said it would be deducted from the bill. The food wasn't bad. It was actually pretty good. The craziest thing happened right as we were leaving. This really really drunk guy came up to us and started talking to us. He said some pretty bizarre and also incredibly ignorant things to us. He asked someone in our party what ethnicity they were and even kind of flirted with my mom in front of my dad. To our amazement, this man told us he was the owner BUT only the owner of the building so he did not care when we told him the service sucked. We saw other customers getting their own utensils. We heard others complaining they didn't have a table for them when they made a reservation. There are a lot of other great restaurants in Schenectady. Do yourself a favor and avoid this insane place unless you want to have a truly bizarre and downright awful experience.

Such a shame. This place has potential. It’s a nice little pub atmosphere but it just seems poorly managed. Of the three tables that were dining (one being ours) two were complaining about how long their food took to come out and then the poor quality once it did. We ordered an appetizer that never came out and the food was nothing worth coming back for. The waitress was very nice but it was an overall very odd dining experience.

Went there Sunday afternoon 2/12/23 just after 2. We ordered 2 corned beef reubens which should be a large meaty sandwich which should be a meal in itself without fries. For $11.99 each, this was the size of the sandwiches. Why didn't they just say they were out of corned beef?! The bread was good. Couldn't even taste the normal ingredients. Totally a waste of money! !

My husband and I went to dinner tonight after work. The place was not too busy which was a surprise to us especially after the wonderful dinner we had. Our server Mo was beyond kind and very attentive. The food was delicious. We Just ordered basic pub food like burgers and chili but it was done fantastic. My burger was cooked perfect and the sweet potato fries were amazing. If you haven't tried this place in while, check it out. We will be back!

I'm not sure what's happened to this place been here for a long time, but I've never had such a worse experience in the restaurant. Ask them for a salad with blue cheese crumbles, and some other various items they had none of it my salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, which was all white core, and onions and tomatoes. got a basket of fries for the table. They were horrible and soggy. How do you screw up french fries in a pub? my daughter wanted mac & cheese They were out of macaroni! another person one at Irish Stew, imagine that an Irish bar they didn't have any, just an absolute disappointment they should make a call to John Taffer from bar rescue immediately!!! Fruit flies flying all around us. Just gross. In all seriousness, I really hope somehow they get back on their feet, but now I know why the place was empty.

Walked in the front doors, which were hanging and wouldn’t close. Was greeted by someone who was apparently an employee. I didn’t even order food or drink. No effort for the employees to dress decent (sweatpants, long shirt, and slippers for the bartender. “Waitress” was dressed in jeans, a white t-shirt and crocs). If the waitstaff was representing what the food could be then I wasn’t about to try it tonight. How disappointing after not being here for a while. It was like going to a ghetto TGIFridays. No manners, no professionalism, and no class. May try again at some point in the future but very disappointed. I let my wife and daughter order and eat as they wish but after working in the industry before I was disgusted and wouldn’t order.

Excellent experience..the staff Grace, Hailey and Ryan were very friendly and attentive.We ordered a NY strip steak dinner, chicken tenders, fries and an order of onion rings. The steak was cooked to perfection and the tenders, fries and onion rings were very tasty!We had cocktails which were made by the new barmaid Grace which was awesome. Kudos to Pinhead Susan’s for such an excellent experience! Happy Holidays to all. We were in for dinner Saturday night and paI'd for our meal with our card for I also have a separate charge of 30 which was make 3 hours after we left and we were home in bed. I called today and spoke to a manager who was suppose to be looking into but ever returned my call with an answer to my questionNot mention all this but my meal wasn't served to me till after everyone else was finished eating their meal. I was given sweet potatoe fries and not regular fries like I ordered and my wife ordered Waffle fries and was given regular fries. We were compensated by not being charge for a few drink but did pay the full mealPrice.I have been in the bar restaurant industry for well over 20 years and have never scene anything like this.

A nice place for a casual meal. Just around the corner from the AMTRAK station and a short walk from Proctor's, the Bow-Tie Cinema and City Hall. Service during my visits has always been prompt and friendly with the food quite good and reasonably priced. Merits a return visit.

I stopped in on a Sunday evening, thinking we'd grab a bite to eat. The place was filthy, like a fraternity house the morning after a party. So filthy my feet were literally sticking to the floor when i walked through. Pretty much the entire inside of the dining room/bar area was this dirty. We ended up ordering a couple beers, paid and left without ordering food. The fact that only one other table was seated and eating during a dinner rush, was a bit of a red flag.The bartender was nice, and the beers were fine. Can't comment on the food, but I would never eat in a place this filthy. To be honest, normally I wouldn't even get a drink in a place this dirty.

Went here because I had a Groupon . We had to call to get into the restaurant because they didn't unlock the door. The place smelled of old oil. There was someone going around with moo and bucket to do routine floor mopping. The floor was sticky! My Mac and cheese was ok. My wife's mushroom sandwich was burnt and greasy . We sat at a table next to a window with a great view of dead flies ! Don't go
