I decided to try this spot because it was nearby but the pizza lacked flavor and was very bland! The crust was good. The place was uninviting also… the case didn’t look appealing either. The pizza were “old” looking and it wasn’t the most cleanest pizza spots. It could use some ‘ummfff’..from the pizza to the decor. The staff were very nice and pleasant!

I love their Neapolitan cheese and pepperoni pizza! I don’t normally eat pizza but, my kids do. However, I decided to try their thin crust and let me tell you, I can eat several slices!! Close friends that knows me, know that I can never finish a slice of pizza but Pizza Buono, they’re doing something right. It’s a must try if you haven’t already. They use all fresh ingredients and the pizza isn’t greasy! I’ll have to try their Garlic Knots next!

I used to frequent Pizza Buono many years ago and was always satisfied. After moving back to the area I decided to return to our old favorite pizza place and was not disappointed!! Still the same great quality and service I remember. I can’t wait to order again soon!

Once we entered we were greeted by the sweetest lady, very helpful and friendly. We got a large pepperoni pizza, 6 way cut. She saw how many of us there were and was kind enough to cut it into 12 slices. I wish I could of taken a picture of the actual pizza but my kids devoured it. They have tried other pizza places around union and all agreed this was by far the best. Highly recommend 👌

Pizza was just ok. Garlic knots were oily and not terribly flavorful. Also $25 was a bit much for a single topping pizza that wasn’t a large. Ladies were super nice who worked there.

I’m updating my review after the owner (Christine Hansen) responded to my review and said that she never got a call from me. As I stated in my original review, I made numerous attempts to contact the restaurant phone, email, facebook. Additional pictures show my conversation with a representative from Slice, emails, as well as my FB messages that have been left on read. Again, the Slice rep confirms they spoke with Christine, so she is flat out lying. To quote Christine, "I'm not sure what your true intention is here." ? I’m surprised a business owner, who, I’m guessing is in her mid-60s does not know that it’s best just to be honest and apologize. Christine’s bizarre pattern of offering a fake apology to customers who have had bad experiences with her pizzeria, then disregarding any issues they had and ultimately blaming them and insinuating that they are lying is very poor customer service and a bad business practice. Not surprised to see that she's anti vax/mask ?

The most infuriating customer service experience I've ever had. My order was awful, nothing was edible. The mozzarella sticks were overcooked and hard. The items made with pizza dough all tasted sour like the dough had expired. I had to throw everything out. I tried several times to contact the restaurant. Called, emailed, fb messaged. I finally reached out to Slice and they contacted the restaurant and the owner told them that the order was made correctly. Maddendingly unhelpful, considering the accuracy of the order was never in question. I guess as long as they make the correct food the quality is irrelevant.
