I’m updating my review after the owner (Christine Hansen) responded to my review and said that she never got a call from me. As I stated in my original review, I made numerous attempts to contact the restaurant phone, email, facebook. Additional pictures show my conversation with a representative from Slice, emails, as well as my FB messages that have been left on read. Again, the Slice rep confirms they spoke with Christine, so she is flat out lying. To quote Christine, "I'm not sure what your true intention is here." ? I’m surprised a business owner, who, I’m guessing is in her mid-60s does not know that it’s best just to be honest and apologize. Christine’s bizarre pattern of offering a fake apology to customers who have had bad experiences with her pizzeria, then disregarding any issues they had and ultimately blaming them and insinuating that they are lying is very poor customer service and a bad business practice. Not surprised to see that she's anti vax/mask ?

The most infuriating customer service experience I've ever had. My order was awful, nothing was edible. The mozzarella sticks were overcooked and hard. The items made with pizza dough all tasted sour like the dough had expired. I had to throw everything out. I tried several times to contact the restaurant. Called, emailed, fb messaged. I finally reached out to Slice and they contacted the restaurant and the owner told them that the order was made correctly. Maddendingly unhelpful, considering the accuracy of the order was never in question. I guess as long as they make the correct food the quality is irrelevant.

I got a ? from this place for my daughter's birthday. What a mistake. The worst pizzas I've ever had. Even kids didn't like it. The cheese tasted like it had stayed in the fridge for many days, and the sauce wasn't tasty. It's a never try again. Trust me don't waste your money here.

What a wonderful person! Christine is helpful and knowledgeable about healthier choices Christine has a very helpful to me especially when my mother was sick this cancer years ago and now a friend of mine as well and I will be speaking with her about choices to make healthier choices for my friend

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza from their menu. I ordered over the phone and was told it would be ready in a half an hour. I drove there, was there on time, nobody else was there picking up pizzas. Anyway, I was told it would be a few more minutes and paid ahead (and for more than shown on their website). My husband came looking for me as I was still waiting inside for over 20 minutes. It took another 30 plus minutes before I was able to leave with a pizza in hand and it wasn't even really hot. This order was on a mid-day (not a holiday or busy weekend). I would not recommend unless there prices come way down and unless they become accurate with their cooking/wait time.
Parking: The parking lot is very small and there was not enough room to turn a vehicle around. You had to back up into the street.

First time trying, and I can say they didn't disappoint! I ordered a Supreme Sicilian pizza which was cooked perfectly, and the women running the place were so pleasant. I would definitely recommend trying them!

Honestly this pizza was not great, the one order was also wrong. I totally understand if someone just had a off day making it but it was out first time ordering and I don’t think we will again. The pizza that was plain cheese was correct but the sauce was sweet, the cheese was dry, the bread was salty. Man I can normally eat any pizza but all three parts of the pizza was so subpar or at least cheap enough that when you add bread, cheese and sauce together like this it turns out so just average or below average.

From the minute you enter, the layout and presentation of the food does not inspire confidence. Maybe that’s where this visit should have ended? But I gave it a try. I remember getting a mediocre slice there a couple of years ago. The owner tries to create nice food, and has a juice bar Included with the pizza- a strange combination, but fresh vegetable juice is hard to find so it’s nice to know it’s there. But her cooking is really subpar. It’s bad. The sandwich was over stuffed with filling to the point that the bread became soggy and it was impossible to pick up and eat. The seasoning was way off, completely over seasoned with some sort of herbs that really don’t belong in Italian food. Finally at $16 this sandwich was an overpriced disaster. Not what you would expect from an average pizza joint for sure in taste, quality, or value.
