I really never do these things but the interaction I just experienced has to be mentioned.
I ordered a personal pan pizza with extra pepperoni, light cheese & an order of breadsticks. I received my order no problem however the pizza I got was not what I asked. It was pepperoni, sausage & peppers with more cheese than I prefer. I called the number provided in the email & the gentleman who answered asked if it I was calling to do pick up or delivery, I explained I got the wrong order & he transfers me to the store even though I thought I already called the store.. anywho I wait about 6-7 minutes on hold & another gentleman answers. I explain what happened & he then goes to whoever is there with him “this customer got the wrong pizza” & they “respond ok do they want another pizza made or a credit?” - mind you at no point am I faulting the individual who answered, he just seemed very inexperienced & untrained on how to handle said situation. So I explain I want neither & want a refund of just the pizza because I’m still going to eat the breadsticks. The person in the background for some reason wanted to keep offering the credit but not speaking to me directly which I found unprofessional. I spoke into the phone stating again I want a refund. Not a credit. Nor to wait for another pizza as it was past 8 o’clock and I was just ready for bed as this point. I heard the person in the background say “ok they’ll have to wait 24-48 hours and it will be just for the pizza” but then i was told by the guy who answered I would receive a refund within 24 hours & wasn’t sure if it was for both pizza & breadsticks and that was it. Never spoke to a manager or got any confirmation number for said refund…. I stopped eating Pizza Hut years ago & started dominos. I think I should have stayed away because this situation could have been handled entirely differently. $30 just to be able to eat 5 breadsticks, insane.

My neighborhood Hut is so convenient! Always a clean restaurant, delicious fresh food a shout out to mgr. Amber and Theodore for their efficient help too.
I ordered to be delivered by 11:55am it arrived a bit early but was on the phone 15 minutes trying to guide the driver to my workplace and my other of fries was really skimpy… I feel I was cheating and ripped off

If I could rate this 0 stars- that would be accurate. 1st, the app wouldn't let us order. 2nd, got to the store to place order and the card reader wasn't working. 3rd, literally ordered 2 pizzas, and 2 orders of cheesy bread. How can you mess that up?? Well, they did. Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and a sausage, onion, and mushroom pizza. Got to our destination, and both pizzas were very undercooked, and both pizzas were pepperoni. You have ONE job. Making pizza. How do you mess that up?? 70.00 for this crap. And.......believe me, I knew it would be crap. I stopped eating Pizza Hut 15+ years ago. Only picked this up for a request, going to a birthday party. I regret giving you our business. I regret not picking up "real" pizza.

This location is take out only. they were very friendly to doordashers.
Still one of the best tasting chains in pizza. Service is good. The site sometimes is glitchy or slow. I love the big New Yorker but would like them to offer a true 18 inch size instead of the 16 inch. I would pay a few dollars more to have an 18 or even a 20 inch pie.

many of these reviews are very negative and completely not what my experience was, both of the workers on shift the night i went we very nice to me which i appreciated a lot. service was great, was done in about 20 minutes and i could see them making it, it was very clean and organized. the food was very good as well me and my friends enjoyed it a lot.
