⭐☆☆☆☆I've consistently had disappointing experiences with Pizza Hut at Altamont Ave, Schenectady NY, and unfortunately, this time was no exception. Despite being vegetarian, I ordered garlic cheese sticks, but they gave me bacon instead. When I called to address the issue, they offered to replace the order but insisted I drive back 30 minutes to pick it up. This is unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from this Pizza Hut location again.
Called and ordered veggie pizza. The delivery was great as well as the pizza.

The location smells of mold and trash. The employee acknowledge the smell and then continue to try to take our order. It literally is an open kitchen and smells like that so think about what is being made put into your food with things like that being airborne. Soooo that’s a no.

The OWNER keeps all tips, this has been going on for years now. This is a CLEAR violation of NYS Laws and Pizza Hut Franchise contracts. Not to mention, it is a disrespectful violation of ethics and the rights of the employees they are stealing from, and exploiting.

So, tried to place an order for delivery yesterday for only to be told that the location is closed. Funny given I have seen people working there later. Just say you aren't doing deliveries. This location is a joke and how is this location is still open baffles me.
