I went inside and ordered my food and my order was forgotten. They were more focused on the Online orders. The spice on the chicken was not there, the meat was bland and the popcorn shrimp was shoved into a small bowl and they were totally overcooked. The lemonade was so bitter, it was not sweet at all. The manager forgot about my order and took my receipt from me and disregarded my order and presence, I was not given my drink after my order was placed, like the other people that was in the lobby. I will not go back to this location again, If i have to drive far away from my home to go to a POPEYES, I will but this location I will never return. The Service was horrible, the food was gross and my experience was unsatisfied.

The manager was really mucking up service, pretending to know what he was doing and giving orders out front, when his problem was being in the way of service and losing control of the kitchen. The food quality was poor, sauce flavors had been mixed, everything was wrong based on my experiences at other Popeyes Restaurants. You've got a LONG way to go.

If you want Popeyes, THIS PLACE IS IT. I was taken back to how fresh and crispy my food was bc NO OTHER POPEYES IN ALBANY can get it this right. Literally was the best.

Ordered a 10 piece meal the chicken had no salt , 2 large fries got only half in each box, the biscuits had a weird smell called and was told I have to come all the way back there in order to get a price adjusted I will not be ordering again anytime soon.

They got me waiting for over 45 minutes on the next door neighbors parking lot an the owner came and kicked me out from there parking lot

We were the second ones in the drive thru and once we ordered we waited 15 minutes for are food and we only ordered two combo meals plus an apple pie. The food was good but they had very slow service. They are way overpriced $34 for two combos. I will not be returning.
