Before I write a review I always make sure I try a place a few times to check consistency and such. This place definitely hits the right marks. The food here is always made with the premise of we eat with our eyes, everything is always artfully prepared and the ingredients are fresh. The staff is great here. They know their stuff and prepare everything expertly. I'm not even the type to do the healthy eating thing, I just like good food, and the magic of this place is I eat something that satisfies the taste buds but it's tricking me into eating healthier.

This place has the best açaí bowls. I’ve been to many different smoothie places but this one is by far the best. The flavor and texture of their açaí base is unbeatable. The protein you can add is also delicious. 10/10 recommend. You will not regret going here.

12/29/2022 10:30am— We went in this morning to order a juice and a breakfast sandwich. My fiancé SPECIFICALLY asked for it to be cooked thoroughly over hard— no soft yolk. His first bite into the sandwich was yolk dripping everywhere. We asked if she would be so kind to remake it as we ordered it, she stated “that will be a $2 charge”. I’m sorry $2 to remake a sandwich I specifically ordered a certain way? She responded with “its preference” — she began to remake it with a disgusting rude attitude and we decided it was not worth eating at that point so we left without the sandwich.If an order is made incorrectly in a restaurant, and it’s a kindly asked to be remade — especially as a paying customer— I’ve never heard of being charged to remake something that was specifically ordered a certain way.The young lady needs to either be re-trained or reevaluate the way she speaks and treats paying customers within the community. It’s unfortunate and I will not be going back.

Something went very wrong this morning. Forgot about me? Short staffed? Got a muffin right after worker emptied the trash. No hand washing. Ordered two small lattes to go. Took over 10minutes. They were only steamed milk.

Would not recommend, especially for the price. Had to wait for 25 minutes for my coffee and smoothie because behind the counter was so disorganized. When I finally got my order, I got a PB&J smoothie and it tasted like straight salt. Not sure why, maybe from the peanut butter, but I couldn't finish it. My iced coffee was so watered down it didn't taste like coffee at all.

I went here on 07/10/22Ordered my food “ Avocado on toast with poached egg” and an iced latteLatte arrived 40 min later and my food arrived 50 min later with a raw poached egg.The women here have the worst costumer service and the place is very understaffed.The one girl that works in the kitchen with black hair is so rude. When I told her that her attitude stinks she tried to tell me that I was laughing and pointing at her. I’m a 35 yr old man I can tell you I wasn’t.They need to reevaluate their staff here. I will not be going back here

Had ice cream on a wafer cone. The ice cream was the size of a softball on this tiny cone. I had to eat it quickly before it melted on my hands. It was good, but a little too much. They only have one size. A waffle cone or bowl would have been better.?

Just ordered a strawberry bliss toast and was charged $6.75 when the website says $4.75. I asked about the difference and the worker said they "didn't have any toast that was $4." I looked at the website and sure enough it said $4.75, and when I mentioned this, I was given excuses like the prices had gone up in the last 6 months/the site had a glitch. At first I thought it was an innocent mistake, but when I asked for a refund I was told they couldn't find the price discrepancy. I showed them on my phone and the worker said they'd give me the difference, slammed $2 on the counter, and stormed to the back of the cafe. I told her I didn't appreciate the attitude because it's not customers fault the website is incorrect, but she disappeared and didn't respond. My coworker was with me and was disgusted as well, I won't be going back.

I went to Raw almost every day during my week in Schenectady! They have a great selection of bowls, smoothies, baked goods, and juices. The employees are really friendly, and the service is great. The location was also very convenient for me. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!
