We recently ordered from the catering menu for a large party. The food was fine, but we ordered a full pan deep of sausage and peppers, which costs $145. We were delivered a full pan shallow, which was not even full. We did not realize this until the delivery person was gone due to the packaging. We ran out of this dish very quickly. We called Ruggerios the next day, but since a full pan deep is $145 and a full pan shallow is $125, we were only reimbursed $20. Mind you, a full pan shallow is half the food (or less, in our case), than a full pan deep. If you choose to order from this business, please check your order immediately. We won't take the chance of ordering from them again.

Dang good pizza, delivery is always MUCH sooner than the online estimates, and always delivered hot!

Nothing beats their classic sausage and pepperoni pizza, but the steak pizza is a close second and if the onions were caramelized first, it may just win out!

This food is the best. You won’t find a more consistent recipe… if you have their pizza once … you love it for life. Their deli sandwiches are also so tasty. The bread is made fresh daily and all their flavors are amazing. Try their food, this family does not disappoint.

Do not order from their website. I ordered a pizza and a Pepperoni bread directly from their website. Came in to pick it up and was handed the pizza and was told the bread was in the oven needed one more minute. 20 minutes later i was told it was never made. I asked for a refund for the bread and was informed that it had to be done through Mealo. I contacted meals they said Ruggerios was responsible. Ruggerios claims no responsibility even though i was lied to and stood around for 20minutes waiting for an order they never made. So I'm out the bread and my money.

Great lunch! Walked in and was instantly greeted. Food was hot (or cold) depending on what was ordered. I went in with my toddler and infant, and Joe was amazing and brought my tray to the table and the server (didn’t catch her name) was running food to both tables as it became ready. All around a pleasurable experience.

Kid-friendliness: High chair was available for my toddler to use and all around a great family spot!

As a vegetarian, Ruggiero’s is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in upstate NY. It’s my go to every time I want pizza , and it is absolutely delicious every time I get it. Staff is friendly and very accommodating when I ask for no cheese , add mushrooms & artichokes. Me and my 15 month old crush this pizza together and laugh and smile the whole time. Thank you Ruggiero’s, I had lost hope for NY pizza till I found you.

I had been to this establishment a lot before COVID and I loved the food, Not this time. We took a couple of friends with us. 2 ordered pizza, 2 ordered paninis. First off no one greeted us so we took menus and sat down. We went up to the counter where a man was chatting with someone and never acknowledged us. (It was apparent that this was just a conversation, not an order relating to food) We then realized that orders are not taken at the counter.Regarding our food. The pizza did not have any flavor (I only ate 1 piece), the paninis were not very appetizing to look at or to taste.Needless to say no one took home leftovers and we threw out a lot of expensive food.When we tried to pay, the same man was at the counter and was chatting with someone again and did not acknowledge us again, then he turned and walked away and someone else had to come up to cash us out. Not going back here.
