I was incredibly disappointed with the cupcakes. They were dry, horrible to pull apart and overall lacking flavor both cupcakes and frosting. I gave the owner an opportunity to try to make it right before posting the review and all she said was sorry you didn't like your order. I was charged $115 for 30 cupcakes. Below please see what expected and what I got. I will not order from this establishment again and recommend you avoid as well. A refund was not requested nor were any harassing texts sent. I gave the owner a chance to make the order right or offer something other than an apology. Being a small business they should stand behind their products. I agreed upon the price before placing order but expected the cupcakes to live up to the cost.

My wife requested a key lime pie as her birthday dessert just last night, so I spent the morning calling about a dozen bakeries. I learned it's not something that's super common, and even those bakeries who do make them require a day or more lead time.I shared that I was trying to source one for today, and what the occasion was, and the people at Sandyes' bent over backward to make it happen. I'm now home with a fantastic looking pie and a very happy wife. Thank you!

Always drove by here, finally decided to try their breakfast food and I regret not trying this sooner! They actually care about their quality. Food was on point and french toast ? best I've tried by far.I never finish my ice coffee when I order it anywhere. This is the best ice coffee I've tried, I could've ate the cup with it with how good it taste!
Just had the best chicken bacon ranch quesadilla in my life. The chicken was breaded and there was the perfect balance of bacon and ranch!!! I was full halfway through but ended up finishing it all anyways.

The fire cake was amazing my wife purchased me for Valentine’s Day 2024 Sandye is Amazing the best in the 518 she is very creative and friendly, she has cake classes you can attend and learn how to bake yourself she doesn’t keep it away from the community she is apart of the community and I support her business 100% always satisfied.The Banks Family♥️
Exceptional customer service when ordering custom cakes. I called after hours and was delighted that not only was the phone answered, I was able to get my order placed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Parking: If you are unfamiliar with the area, just know that there is a non-traditional intersection with unique angles on the side of the street where the bakery is.
We had to order a cake last minute because of a different organization not making the cake we requested and the timeliness was extremely short notice but Sandyes Cafe went above and beyond to provide my son with an amazing cake and exactly what he was wishing for!
