I have been going to this location ordering the same exact thing every single day, 7 days a week for almost a year and today I must say I was incredibly disappointed. I don't know the woman's name who was working at the drive through window, she had shorter hair a little tall and light skin. However, I usually order the bacon egg bites and have ordered them the same way for several months now and almost every time I have to hand them back and ask them to toast them longer. Well today I asked that very same thing and this woman slowly takes them and says "You know we cant be doing this for you every time, especially if there's a line" There was no line. And honestly you would think that with how long i have been going there and how routine my order is because it has never changed its been the same for almost a year every single day, you would think they would know it by now. Then she tells me to use the mobile order app and that there's an option for extra toasted. My thing is what is the difference if I order it through the app or in the drive thru? Its still going to be the same result only now they're cold and i have to waste more time now on my end inconveniencing myself and taking up more of their time, to ask yet again for them to be toasted longer. The other woman, dark hair, tan skin, she's always been very sweet and knows exactly how I like my egg bites and although I still have to ask to have them toasted longer, she has never given me an issue over it. I'm not usually one to write reviews but I just found the woman who was working the window today's behavior to be very rude especially to a loyal customer who is literally there every morning religiously. And what upsets me even more is how i have been going there for so long and they still have yet to get my order right. If the attention to detail was there, they'd get it right the first time. I could understand if I was a brand new customer or even was only going there for a few weeks, but again, it's been almost a year.

This Starbucks location has consistently disappointed me. Some staff members display passive-aggressive behavior, even complaining about customers and their jobs within earshot of those they are serving. I've purchased several drinks here, and around 80-90% of them have been made incorrectly—lacking flavor and served barely warm. I strongly recommend avoiding this store. When paying a premium for coffee, good customer service should be a given, not the subpar experience I've encountered here.
