Had a great milkshake experience, came in an hour before close and ordered 2 milkshakes which I don’t typically like to do because I know it can be frustrating for the people behind the counter. Ryan helped me and was super personable, kind and made great milkshakes. Thanks Ryan!

I frequented the shop early this morning. I was told by an employee Shaylena that she would let it go this time but that I could not wear my backpack because the store has had several robberies. I am 53 years old and have never in my life committed a crime. I was very offended. The other Stewart shops in the area that I frequented regularly has never enforced this policy. When I got of work i called to get corporates number and spoke with the manager Maureen who continued to rationalize the fact that criminals are coming in the store and stealing from the coolers with bags on. It's a way you say things without offending people and treating them like criminals she was no better. Her theory was that the general public non-criminals should be penalized for others crimes. She then gave me a phone number that I'm not even sure is corporates so I will frequent another Stewart's to get the number. Stewart's should hire security not penalize the general public for the actions of others.

What an inconvenience to have to walk in and prepay for gas. What happened to pay at the pump? No sign or other instructions at the pump. The customer has no idea what to do. The employee told me I could go up the street to another Stewart’s. Really?
Visiting from out of town and came for the pumpkin ice cream for my Sunday breakfast at 10:30 a.m. and the lady with the son in Waco waited on me. She was very pleasant with a big smile and loved chatting with her. The pumpkin ice cream was a perfect start to my Sunday.
Had a previous visit here late Friday night when we got into town and the two gentlemen working were also very kind and friendly and gave lots of good suggestions for a while we stayed in town

I went in there with my kids on 08/04/24 for some ice cream. When I told the employee Nick what my kids wanted and asked for bowls with the ice cream cones so it was more better for them he rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. Rude employees. They shouldn't be treating no customer like that

Why does the cashier get so angry everytime you order ice cream not all of them just one guy specifically. Cant ever get his name. Such blatant attitude/demeanor change.

The whole experience going to this new store was horrible... There was no decaf coffee brewed and I was in a rush and had my little two year old with me.. The staff did not seem friendly, especially when I told them about the coffee the police look dirty. Let's not talk about their door their door had so many nasty Fingerprints all over it. I don't recommend going here.

When it first opened everything was fine morning staff was the bomb!!! Great coffee great quick service and then suddenly staff changed a bit and now there’s one staff waiting on customers with a line of 6-8 people waiting!!!! New changes not good at all. Too bad because the location is perfect.
