It was raining and a little cooler so Mikey wanted a hot meal to warm him up so we stopped in to a Subway for a toasted sub.We ordered a foot long meatball with pepperoni cheese and extra sauce and had it toasted.Our sandwich maker is a big fan of Mikey and made it just the way he wanted.He came over to the table and took a selfie with him.The staff is always helpful and friendly and the manager is always ready to jump in when it gets busy. They’re always sending out coupons or discounts on the app so you can get healthier food at an affordable price.The sub was hot and delicious .

There was nothing wrong with the employees.... but there should be an additional person to focus solely on online orders. I left and ordered a take out sandwich from Blue Ribbon instead.....20 minutes and still not waited on, so I left in frustration. The extra loud Rapp music was unbearable. I think those ordering in front of you are just as important as an online order.

I wanted something different from my usual late night dinner. I like the wraps there, so I had a steak and cheese wrap with spinach and tomato. I was so hungry that I ate it in the parking lot!!! Yummy!!! Better than a bowl of boring cereal or a bagel and cream cheese. Thanks Subway!!!

Ordered on the app and the order was incomplete, the service was horrible and the sandwich making workers all were so slow and unfortunately not good at making a sub , this subway needs a new team and service has to be better.

I had the girls working make me a sandwich with their suggestions and it was amazing!!! I've actually gone back for it several times now! They're super friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious!
Was good at first now I have an issue every time I order. I only order on the app. Gone to pick up and told they didn’t have any lettuce!!! So yes, they just went ahead and made our subs with no lettuce!!! The next times I did get a phone call from the store…not enough meatballs, no Italian bread etc. I’ve had my sub toasted when it shouldn’t have been etc.

Ordered 4 subs and all 4 were completely wrong. I called back and the girl said they were closed at 9:45 and she couldn't remake them. I was always under the impression all subways closed at 10. The girl took no responsibility and really didn't seem to care. I will go to the other subway on union st. 2nd time ordering and getting the wrong subs. Do better for your customers subway. Looks like you have a common problem of your employees not caring about customers.

The food is good but the waiting to order is terrible.
I bought a sub here a few weeks ago. Young chick with the lashes couldn't be bothered, but the other one was attentive. Made me a great sandwich. Went back today. Stood in the empty "line" for a good two minutes. There were FOUR young ladies behind the counter. Not ONE... incl lash girl... acknowledged me!! One had the nerve to put the tip cup out. I'm a great tipper... but I walked out. Their loss.
