Everytime we order for pick up we always get the same tacos one with no cheese everytime they get it wrong obviously they can't read a ticket and see it says NO CHEESE save your money

This place is dope. Usually takes great care of me. Google says they close at 1am, but I stopped by at 11:38pm and was told they are closed for the night. These times should be updated.

Normally when I write a one star review, a lot of things have to be wrong and happen multiple times. This taco fells drink machine is always broken. Half of the sodas in the fountain come out with just water and the other half isn't set up correctly as it is very watered down. The food always takes forever for it to be made. I always normally wait at least 20 minutes for just one meal box. This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area

Placed an online order for pickup. Got there just after 10 pm and all their doors were locked and the drive thru was wrapped around the whole building at a standstill. How are we supposed to get our food that we ALREADY PAID FOR if we can’t even enter the building HOURS before it closes? The five employees inside saw me trying to open the door and did nothing, even though they weren’t all working the kitchen.

Ordered through Uber eats because I don't drive, had to wait 2 hours just to get half my order and when you try calling it sounds like a fax coming through the phone.. it's always something with this place. One time it's good and the next it's not smh

Been here a few times thus far, food has been fresh and quick each time.
This place is slow! Waited 20 mins of my 30 mins lunch on 1 potato taco and nacho fries meanwhile the girl on register new and wasn’t trained properly, the manager asking customers if they want a job instead of making customers food. Worse TB I’ve ever been to.

Stood in the line to place my order for almost 10 minutes the girl at the drive through window looked at me twice and just kept ignoring me she finally came over took my order after about 15 minutes then the other who made the order place the bag on the counter never even said what was in it I assumed it was mine. They definitely need to work on their customer service and communication skills

We had put in an online order because we felt our order would be more accurate that way. Drove 20 mins there, picked it up, and drove home. We had gotten home only to realize we were given someone elses order. When they gave us our actual order, it was cold and wet. They didn't offer to remake it so that it could be fresh and didn't apologize for the mix-up. I take some blame for not checking it in the parking lot, but our drinks were correct, so we assumed it was the correct order. In a previous interaction at the same location, my girlfriend had gone through the drivethrough and was informed, "Our card reader is down," to which my girlfriend asked, "Does that include giftcards?" Only to have to woman taking the orders rudely reply "what are you stupid? i said the card readers down. " i don't expect A1 quality from a tacobell, but i do expect my order to be correct and to be treated respectfully. These people want to make $20 an hour but can't fulfill the basic expectations people have for any food service. ? ?
