I did an in store pickup at 7pm went to pick it up and the doors to the lobby are locked. had to stand in the rain in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get my order or be able to talk to any staff. Why would you have the in store option available if they're going to lock the doors and make you stand out in the dark and cold rain in the drive thru to get your order. poorly managed.let's try to think a little bit guys

I'm sorry I used to like this Location, now Everytime I Order they'll give me something I didn't Order tho I said I wanted something else. Everyone has there Meat Preference but when I say I want Chicken.... Taco, I don't mean a Beef Taco! They messed up my Order on more then Several Occasions never coming back here I'm sorry but I gotta Honest retrain your Employees pls

Maybe my expectations were a little high just thinking I could grab a quick meal while shopping. Absolutely horrible customer service! Waited 10 minutes just to order, was completely ignored. When asked if I needed my order taken he said “well don’t just stand there”! Waited another 20 minutes for my food, staff was very rude and wouldn’t acknowledge any customers in the lobby. Just threw the food up on the counter and walked away. Please try to do better or close your damn doors if you don’t want to deal with the public!

Husband and I got food poisoning from the location we visited. Was sick for 3 days. We know it was Taco Bell because it's the only food either of us had eaten all day prior to getting sick. The food was unappealing, and we're talking about Taco Bell so the bar was already low, and wasn't exactly hot. The taste was meh, but that was to be expected.I gave one star for service because: WE put in our order at the kiosk in the lobby, WE processed payment at the kiosk, WE got our own drinks (although an employee was kind enough to give us drink cups when we asked), WE picked up our food at the counter, WE bussed our own trays. There were no "hellos" or "thank you, come again"s. What service are we talking about, the tainted food?I could have called and complained, but what good would that have done? What could they possibly do to remedy this bad experience? Buy us off with a couple of tacos and an insincere "we're sorry"?We just know to avoid this location in the future.Parking: There are many parking spots all around the building. Parking should never be a problem here.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has wheelchair accessibility per ADA guidelines.

I can’t take it anymore brother, between this Taco Bell and practically every single other one I’ve ever been to, you simply cannot modify any order WHATSOEVER. You have a dairy allergy and you request everything dairy off IN THE APP THAT LITERALLY TELLS YOU WHAT TO TAKE OFF? Lucky you, you’re going to drive through the drive through 3 times because they’re going to get it wrong every single time!!! I’m going to start blasting one star reviews it’s actually unbelievable how often orders are messed up with any modification at all. What should take 10 minutes turns into a half hour ordeal because apparently reading modifications clearly is JUST THAT DIFFICULT. I’m done dog. EDIT: went into the place after they got it wrong 3 times and the worker who repeatedly messed it up said WORD FOR WORD: “what’re you going to do kill yourself?” In absolute shock I asked for her name and NOT ONE WORKER (INCLUDING THE MANAGER) WOULD GIVE ME IT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! This happened 2/7/24 around 8-9pm. Contacted support and was offered a $2 reward. This is becoming actually laughable, get ready because 1 star reviews are about to start flowing from many different accounts until someone is held accountable.

Employee messed up my order THREE times, and it was still wrong the final time, and told me to KILL MYSELF when I asked for it to be remade (nicely!!!). I called headquarters and the best they could do is offer me a ?… $2 REWARD. In what world would that suffice???

They don’t care about food allergies. Advised I can’t have dairy due to allergies. Order four tacos no cheese and loaded with cheese. I wasted my money for food I couldn’t eat. Well done Taco

Went to the drive thru. It was not very busy. We made a simple order of two chalupas and two soft tacos Supreme with two blue raspberry freezes for my wife and I. Got to the window they looked frazzled. They asked what kind of soft tacos we ordered regular or Supreme. After we confirmed soft Supreme, they gave us our drinks, which were not fully frozen like it should be and they forgot one of the soft tacos and gave us a crunchy one instead. They need improvement.....

Worst Taco Bell at night time . Stood there for 15 mins with 6 of them just standing there .When I asked is there anyone taking orders ingot ignored. They weren’t busy at all. The lobby was dirty as hell and the floors were sticky. NO REASON for ppl to work in customer service if they can’t do their job !!

Door to lobby was propped open at 10:30 tonight, so naturally we walked right in. There was not a soul in the restaurant. We started ordering on the kiosk, and two employees walked in reeeeeking of weed. Pretty sure they were just hotboxing in the vehicle next to us. Not even trying to hide it. They kicked us out of the lobby and told us to go around. We proceeded to the drive thru and they were out of everything we wanted. Can’t help but think they were just too stoned to want to make anything.
