The employees are great but the manager is very rude and disrespectful to his employees there no reason he should.be yelling and screaming from the top of his lungs at them especially in front of customers during a rush hours when there already working so hard and under so much pressure he needs to learn how to better communicate things that he is unpleased about especially when his employees are mainly female

I'm not sure what's actually wrong w/ this location. Poor hiring, poor training, poor management idk.. But I've NEVER recieved a correct order never any napkins or any sauces. You order beef and get chicken. Order chicken and you get beef. Staff is always rude and have attitudes. And I get it, you work at Taco Bell.. But that doesn't mean you take it out on the customers. Do better.

Made my food wrong twice. While I was waiting group of teenagers and kids came in. Yelling. Not giving me space. One of the employees knew them, the employee gave them hand shakes , arranged time to hang out and did not help with managing them but rather joined them.

Worst Taco Bell in a very large radius. Order is never right, employees are rude, and service is incredibly slow. Order ahead gets you nothing except errors and dirty looks from the employees when you tell them they forgot something, which they always do.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever seen waited for 40 minutes . Paired along with being charged 20 dollars for one meal tonight I would never return. This location is horrible.

We went to the newer Taco Bell on State Street near Balltown Rd... they messed up my order 2 times in a row‼️
I ordered the Chicken Chalupa supreme luxe box. Instead of giving me chicken they gave me steak the first time AND the second time after we told them about the mistake! I did not check the second time to see if they gave me chicken because the manager made my second Chalupa himself. I went straight home to eat and did not go back out because it is pouring rain out. I thought the manager would actually fix my order, not repeat the same mistake. The manager is always rude and evet since they got rid of the Taco Bell on Balltown Rd I don't go anymore.
I am posting my experience because they were not professional and I absolutely hate their steak. 🤬

Almost every single time that we visit this location our order is incorrect or food missing. We have to take our order apart on the counter to inventory everything before we leave or we have to turn around and come back to get the food we pay for.

every time i order from here everybody is so welcoming and fast
They gave me stale taco shells. Didn’t tell me they didn’t have ice until after they gave me my drinks and didn’t put any sour cream on my supreme tacos. Straight robbery. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Will be calling corporate.
