Not one to complain typically. I door dashed this establishment, so I cannot speak to in person experience. I typically give a place 3 chances, but this experience was sub standard enough that I will not be returning. I ordered vindaloo chicken that was almost completely potato. There was barely any chicken at the party. It was okay flavor wise. Barely any lamb in my byriani as well. By barely I counted 4 small hunks in the chicken, maybe 6 small pieces of lamb. My mattar paneer had NO peas. None. The dish is peas in sauce with paneer cheese. No peas. But I will say the sauce was pretty tasty. The garlic naan was decent. The Kashmiri naan was sub par as well. I was under the weather and should have reached out to the restaurant but I did not. I just won’t be back.
This is a great little take out shop with deliciousness. Try that mango drink they have in the cooler. I want like 3 gallons of the stuff. Also, the cheese naan was top notch

Anyone who eats this food is sick.
Very friendly and great prices, but all three of the curries we purchased were very skimpy on the chicken. The naan was very good. Cannot recommend the chicken 65. Tastes a lot like ketchup. The tikka masala was very good though.

The worst food I’ve ever had!! Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Naan & Chicken Biryani. Chicken tikka masala was none other than stale tomato soup with canned chicken, naan’s felt like frozen(just heated)

This Indian spot is hands-down the best in the area (and other states as well) The Chicken Tikka Masala is so savory & tasty - And I love it spicy. When I ask for it spicy they make it Indian spicy - It’s absolutely perfect. I lived in Dallas for awhile and tried nearly every spot there. Doesn’t even come close to the Tandoori House. I can’t even imagine there being 1 bad review on here, they seriously don’t know what they’re talking about. Try any other spot in the capital region and see if it comes close (it doesn’t) - The owner is so nice as well. Will always return here. Love it.

Great food, good value. The lamb korma had a very pleasant level of spice.

The worst Indian food I have ever had. Canned chicken in Campbell’s tomato soup instead of real chicken tikka. Save your money and order from Shalimar. The photo is all of the chicken I received in my order next to the amount of tomato soup in the package. Check out how the chicken is the exact size and shape of canned chicken.

I ordered from here multiples time before and today I am highly disappointed with the food. The chicken Tikka massala taste like tomato soup and have small chunks of chicken tasting like it came from a can, for $15 this is highly unacceptable. I also order lamb biryani medium and it has no taste at all and no spice. Additional I got the samosa and was not given any sauce with them, they were dry and hard. For the price I pay from my meal I shouldn’t have to order a second dinner. I will never be coming here again!!
Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, extra hot. The chef made it perfectly. Just the right amount of spice. Great food! Will return.
Such amazing food for such a low price!
Their Chicken Tikki Masala is AMAZING and their customer service and hospitality is impeccable me and my coworkers come here for lunch almost every day their prices are amazing and the food is delicious
If you like Indian food at all. Then don’t come here.
I LOVE chicken tikka masala and this… was just basically Campbell’s tomato soup… with 5 pieces of chicken. Awful. Watery and smells weird
