This was a quality dining experience. I had the blackened scallops and my wife had the smoked chicken and both were excellent. I love scallops, and these were uniquely creative - good work, chef! If you like bourbon, I recommend the Smoking Gun craft cocktail - not that I have drank many bourbon cocktails in my life, but this one was excellent. My wife had the Southern Belle cocktail and it was also fine.

Came in for a late brunch. I was seated almost as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was super friendly and when I say quick service. I order multiple courses and drinks and dont think I waited more than mind on drinks and 5-10 mins with eating course. I would highly recommend coming here for a nice bite. The our door seating is also a very open space and lovely.

30 dollars for chicken and waffles that I really didn’t enjoy much. Too mustardy and the breading too thick. I’ve had better plus they added the tip to the bill. Which is fine but it makes it kinda awkward if you wanna just tip more or less. It was alright but I wouldn’t ever go back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at The Nest in Schenectady! Our server Dee was absolutely fantastic — super attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations for both food and cocktails. Our drinks came out within minutes (literally under 3!) and were perfectly crafted. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Dee checked on us often without being intrusive and made the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend The Nest — and definitely ask for Dee!

We had our book club here and it was fantastic. The upstairs room is so beautiful and stylish. The food was DELICIOUS and very unique. Highly recommend the biscuit flight and whipped ricotta. Cocktails were fresh takes on old classics. Staff was very gracious. I can’t wait to come back for dinner!

My parents and I came in for lunch yesterday and were very impressed all around! The staff all were dressed so nice and very friendly! (I thought to myself, where do they find these quality people? ) The owners must be good people to work for. The food was awesome. It’s really hard to find great biscuits, and these were GREAT. They did not lack salt or butter and they were just perfect! Glad we got the deviled eggs, simple but really yummy with that fluffy filling! My dad got fried chicken with collared greens and cornbread. He said it was awesome, the best fried chicken he’s had in the capital region. I tasted his collared greens and they were delicious! My mom and I both got different versions of a fried chicken sandwich. Mine had caramelized onions, tomato jam, and bacon. It was awesome. My mom fully enjoyed her hot chicken version (which she said had a bite). She was raving about the pickles and wanted to take some home 😂 I thought we were too full for dessert, but I’m so happy we tried the cheesecake. It was so freaking good that my dad ordered another to take home. I took home what was left of the first piece and devoured it while watching the season premiere of top chef, feeling grateful I had something that was on par in tastiness of what they were cooking on the show. Haha Kudos to the whole crew! Great job! We will be back!!
