We had a great dinner out with friends. The wasabi bacon wrapped shrimp; meatball; and calamari appetizers we shared were excellent and everyone's entrees were amazing. Our waitress Sarah was super pleasant, attentive and did some great “menu coaching” as we ordered. 10 out of 10!

Had the manager or whoever he was walk up to me and my date at the table and asked me if I had made reservations or I just walked in. As embarrassing as it felt considering I was the only guy of colour there in a full house, and no one else got asked the same question. Absolutely shocking!

Excellent in all areas. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience from greeting to check, all was fabulous. Arrived early so we sat at the bar and had expertly prepared drinks by our bartender. Began discussing Bourbon's and the chef happened to be standing nearby. We enjoyed a great discussion about our preferences and value of certain Bourbon's. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. Meals were prepared with great care, and tasted wonderful. Portions were more than adequate, with freshly made pasta in my Fettuccine Alfreda and big chicken pieces, to my spouse's well-prepared Salmon. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality is exceptional. We both highly recommend The Ritz on Union.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—everyone was so warm and welcoming.The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a family gathering. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out just right. We met the owner and he was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with us, which made the experience feel even more personal. Overall homestyle is definitely a 10/10.

2nd time dining. Excellent service from Amy. I sat at the bar Sunday May 18th. I had a lovely conversation with another woman and Amy for about an hour and a half about the menu and other food. Mac n cheese was great! Ordered a Detroit pizza and a chocolate peanut butter dessert to go. Fantastic food and fantastic service! I will spread the word and be back. Thank you
