We always have a nice time here! Food is always great. Tonight we were waited on by Ms. Amy. We hope we didn’t get her into trouble by roping her into conversation! But once we started talking about things we all had in common, it was hard to stop. She struck a great balance between efficiency and friendliness. We, of course, will be back as our trips to Rivers will now always include a yummy dinner at The Ritz first.

Decided to finally give this place a try. Went with my husband during lunch, he ordered the special which was a burger. I ended up ordering the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. We were attended by a really kind waitress. Sat near the bar where one waitress was teaching the waitress that attended us. I'm not sure what happened but one of the cooks came stomping towards them and screamed at them to stop taking a certain order. In my opinion that was really unprofessional. When the food finally arrived I was excited to try their Alfredo. Sadly I can not say we will be back. The Alfredo was more like a soup and the shrimp was extremely salty. My husband's burger was plain, no seasoning or flavor at all. We also got an appetizers, the bbq mac and cheese that was suppose to come with pulled pork but didn't. I'm not sure if the cook was having a bad day or if this is how their dishes usually are.

I loved this place. The menu looks awesome and I can't wait to try more things. I have to address the elephant in the room and explain why I only gave 3 stars.
What brought me in was I saw they had Detroit style pizza. I love Detroit style pizza and it's really hard to find so obviously I was excited to go in since it's right down the road from me.
I went in for lunch and sat at the bar..Danielle was working as the server and she was excellent, attentive and friendly it was nice talking with her. I ordered the Detroit style pesto pizza and added chicken. What came out was not Detroit style pizza. The pizza I had was still very good but it was more of a thick crust/Sicilian style. Detroit style pizza has caramelized cheese almond a long the crust that crunches and explodes cheesy flavor in your mouth.
I'm definitely going back to try other things, I'm excited to try the neopalitan pizza and many other menu items.... Just don't call this Detroit style pizza please!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. Yes we only had a Calzone and Bruschetta but it was DELISH!!! I also had Reisling Wine and My love had Coors light Draft. Amy our server was so Curtious and very sweet. She made our first time visit welcoming THANK YOU AMY!!! 😊 I recommend this place for a family setting as well as a couple or just with friends. Go visit this place. WE WILL BE BACK!

We were a party of 6 in town to go to Saratoga and had made reservations in advance based on other reviews. We were all excited to try a good Italian Restaurant. After we were seated it took a bit to be offered drinks. There was some confusion and the waitress ordered wrong drinks and had to go back and change them. When we ordered our food and some got Caesar salads, myself included, the dressing was light on the salads and one didn’t feel she had any on hers so we asked for some extra on the side. The waitress seemed annoyed and came back with a huge bowl of dressing. It was insulting!!!! 2 of our party had chicken parm and it was served cold the cheese on top wasn’t melted! I had the Chopino and it was good but had to ask for a bowl for shells. The others said their meals were subpar. The waitress really was the problem. She just didn’t have good customer service skills. After an agonizing wait, we finally got our bills. We won’t be back. Hopefully next trip we will find another restaurant I can write a good review about!
