My favorite brunch/lunch spot in the Capital Region! I love their selection of teas and appreciate that you can order teas found on the retail wall that aren't on the menu — my favorite is the genmaicha. Their service is very quick, and I love to mix and match dishes with their afternoon tea. Occasionally my garden sandwich has been a bit soggy or undercooked, but there are so many options on the menu that there's always something new to try. I've even come here solo just to read my book and have a cup of tea and a crepe for breakfast because it's such a nice atmosphere.

Went to buy tea as a gift. Ended up finding a nice travel mug and bought a bunch of packets of tea. Made a nice gift. Service was fantastic.

Great service and atmosphere. Wish I could say better but food was just OK. Crepes were rubbery not crispy. Focaccia was good so maybe sandwiches are a better choice.

Servers are very polite. They have trouble keeping up with the large crowds on the weekends. The food and drink are always good. The most recent time we visited the table was broken and had to be replaced. The drink and food took a while to come out due to the large foot traffic in the area. They brought out the food before realizing we weren’t given silverware. The silverware came out dirty.

I’ve come here a lot over the years. Some times better than others. It’s cozy and good if you’re patient. I hope to visit again and update this with a better review.

We ordered two matcha lattes and a scone. $18.

Every single staff member was amazing, not just our server! The mimosa flight was definitely worth it,sour apple was my favorite. We had a slice of the chocolate cheesecake and a sweet crepe for dessert, and it was amazing. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, the staff was great and the food was fresh and delicious.

Great place to get tea! It's just expensive to order food

Overpriced, tiny portions
For a $16 sandwich and $6 lemonade I expected a lot more. Taste and quality wise they were mediocre, and the sandwich was very small and thin
Pretty disappointed

Love this place! Free parking is available nearby, and Jay Street itself is a fun area to explore, perfect for something to do before or after your visit. While it can be a bit pricey, the portions are generous, and the drinks are excellent. The variety of tea options is especially impressive, so if nothing else, come for the tea!

The morning and afternoon tea combos are a must-try and usually what my friends and I go for. Expect to spend around $25–$30 per person, but it's worth the splurge.

The tea, as previously mentioned, is so good. Warning, they do not have lattes of any sort. Just French press coffee, as a non-coffee drink, I don't mind at all.

Service was amazing! Go early for better deals and a table. This place gets busy on weekends, especially on Sundays, with the farmers' market. The atmosphere is also great, but it does get rather loud. Only 1 bathroom for the establishment, so a line will form.

Overall, great spot! Check it out.

This place needs people that give a crap about making the orders correct. I will be carrying cash every time I go in now when I pre order, If my order is incorrect, I will not be tipping. I'm one step away from never going to this establishment again. Let's see what happens.

The food and tea were delicious. Arie was very kind and attentive. I just think the juxtaposition of the lovely atmosphere and gorgeous tea cups to the plastic cups and bottom of the barrel utensils is odd, especially given the price.
