Worst wendys ever. No one was at the cash register for 15 minutes than when he got there he messed up the lady infront of me order 2 times. I will never come here again.
I ordered thru DoorDash and for some reason the fries were burnt and cold. I didn’t receive one of my 10 pc nuggets. And how do y’all forget a straw..the #1 thing that comes with a drink. That place needs new staff…

I think it is just this location, But the burger wasn't cooked fresh. It appeared to be reheated. The person who waited on me was not utilizing their active listening skills. I had to repeat and paraphrase my order multiple times. The fries were ice cold as well. Again an example of not being made fresh like advertised. I was very very disappointed with my experience.

Here in morning. Lunch sign is out. I told the people inside and they start reciting menu. It's some Indian girl that I cant understand. Have no idea what is on menu. Asked for some hashbrowns. Got some French toast sticks
This Wendy’s feels like a scene straight out of a chaotic comedy movie—but not the kind anyone would enjoy. Today marked my second experience of bad and outright unprofessional service from the employees at this location. I came in for lunch, only to find the front-end employee completely preoccupied with DoorDash orders. I stood at the counter waiting for at least some acknowledgment, but for 15 whole minutes, she didn’t even glance in my direction. Not a single “I’ll be right with you” or any sign that she cared I was standing there.
Frustrated and feeling like my time was being blatantly disrespected, I finally spoke up, saying, “Is anyone serving in the front? I’ve been waiting here for 15 minutes.” The staff appeared more concerned with drive-thru and online orders than serving customers in-store.
To make matters worse, one of the kitchen employees overheard me and decided it was appropriate to insult me in Spanish, suggesting I “chill out” and stop “ruining” others’ day because I was allegedly having a bad one. Little did he know, I understand Spanish. When I confronted him, he admitted he was talking to me, and things escalated into an argument. His dismissive and threatening tone was completely uncalled for. All I was asking for was basic customer service—an acknowledgment or update, at the very least.
The experience left me baffled and infuriated. Waiting 15 minutes for service in silence is already bad enough, but to then be insulted by a staff member is beyond unacceptable. It’s astonishing how such blatant unprofessionalism and disrespect could go unchecked in a workplace.
I plan to contact the owner to ensure no one else has to endure what I did. This place is more like a circus than a restaurant, and I won’t be setting foot in this establishment again. If you value your time and respect, I’d recommend steering clear of this Wendy’s.

On my way to work I went through the drive in and ordered a taco salad. I never had one before so I thought I would try it out. Big mistake. This salad might be one of the grossest things I have ever put in my mouth and that’s saying something. You get a small cup of their thin watery chilli to put on the salad. Nothing says “delicious” like warm soupy meat sauce on cold lettuce. 🙄. When I got to work, they had only given me a spoon. I ordered a salad and got a spoon. Next time I will go elsewhere. Just gross

Not a bad atmosphere, typical for a Wendys in industrial section. I’ve been coming here for 15 years. It seems they have fired any English speaking person. Now it’s a minimum of two times before you get the correct food no matter how slow you speak, no one understands. The other week I got saucy chicken nuggets, and they were all cold. Today I got breakfast and it was completely not what I asked for. When I went to the counter, I just had one of them staring at me for five minutes before they walked over and said it will be a minute. Then I heard them go out back and tell someone else I was out there to order food. That person came out Asked me what I wanted then told me to hold on then the original person came back out and took my order that made me wait. I felt like I was on a hidden prank TV show.

This place is horrible. No one there speaks English so they don’t understand what you’re saying. They got our order wrong I went in to let them know and all I got was an attitude. This is the second time! I will never order from this location again.

I don’t usually order from here but I gave it a try once again & y’all do me bad every time. Idk how y’all cooking bacon & taking it out the oven before it’s done , if I get sick y’all will be seeing me. Whole meal in the trash.

Took so long for the food, when it did come it was so cold, we were missing items and they gave us wrong items and I had to go back and complain. They did do the whole order over

Took well over 15 minutes to be greeted ave order taken. The food was cold. The floors were filthy. And the tables looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Definitely not coming back.

Have had issues at this location multiple times. Should no longer have Wendy's Franchise. Out of fries, so couldn't even get a combo. Also couldn't get a drink with my sandwich. Was able to go to the one in Rotterdam in the Mobil across from Pilot where I could actually get the food and drink.
