Go to another Wendy's. The fries tasted like they went way past their prime. You can only refry them once, not to the point where it's nothing but a crust of potato. The drinks are more ice than liquid, the burger meat must have been sitting around longer than they're allowed. (Ate in parking lot of restaurant) Won't be coming to this Wendy's again.

I rarely go out to eat fast food. This is exactly why I have stopped getting fast food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I get one small piece of lettuce for a "premium combo". I understand you get busy but please take pride enough to make a nice sandwich as if it was ur own.

horrid customer service called to tell them that i was missing food from my order and they just hung up on me had to call the 800 number to get a refund when all i wanted was to go and get my missing food. wont be going to or ordering from this location again

Never going back. They always seem to mess up our order. Was there today, 1/11/25 around noon, went through drive through, got home, then realized I didn't receive my entire order & both of our sodas were lacking flavor, i.e. they needed to replace the syrup. One was a Coke & other a Dr. Pepper. BTW, Sprite was out, so they obviously knew they were having issues but still sold the sodas to me.

I had a $50 order. One Dave's reg cheese burger. One double cheese burger. And a tripple cheese burger. They gave me 3 jr. Burgers and hurried up and tried to make our tripple burger. Then out of three burgers that I paid for, they only gave us one. Then had an additide when I went back. Rude as hell.And the dude in the back cooking didn't have a clue to what he was suppose to be doing.Sad thing is, it happens EVERY TIME we go to Altamont Ave. Wendy's. Get it together night crew! ?
