I rarely go out to eat fast food. This is exactly why I have stopped getting fast food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I get one small piece of lettuce for a "premium combo". I understand you get busy but please take pride enough to make a nice sandwich as if it was ur own.
Wendy’s is loosing their touch. I went here and ordered food to stay. The drink fountain hadn’t been clean in forever. The goodness presented on a tray that was dirty and old. I threw out all the fries that touch the edges of the tray. The customer service also wasn’t very friendly.
I decided do this review because I have gone to this Wendy’s 3 times recently, and have had (mostly good) experiences. Some of these visits were deliveries and some were drive thru. The food is good, nothing more. It’s pretty much what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Although it could’ve been “fresher” the food I received was pretty good. I ate it and enjoyed it so that’s the reason I am giving 4 stars, and because of the consistency. All of my visits...
