They had no napkins and straws out. The soda machine was very dirty. Someone spilled soda on it and nobody cleaned it up. Person taking the order was very hard to understand.

Hours online and on door state open till 10pm went there at 9:24pm doors locked no one inside. Why have a restaurant off a major interstate exit that isn't open during stated hours

You must start using people in the drive thru who can speak and understand English. Had to repeat my order 3 times, and they still got it completely wrong. Ended up going in and having them remake the meal to what I asked for. And that took an effort. Luckily the way the kitchen is built I was able to watch him and tell him how to make it, the way I ordered it!
Very frustrating!

Foods good but witnessed a guy that works wendys screaming and threatening a guy in black and a guyvin red name plate David threatening them on a review that thy claimed that wasent them and keeped screaming at them thy then walked away and talked about how hes done it three times that night to the guy in a black shirt the guy was super aggressive clutching his fist and saying im have your jobs if I get fired in my opinion it would be his own fault at this point if he gets fired he over reacted and should not be acting the way he did.

Went to drive through and the woman working was pretty rude, also gave me no receipt, a very dull greeting and no words at all as she handed me my bacon burger with no bacon on it

Mobile order was very late as it was the last time and no place to pick up your order. I parked in front and waited. No one came out so I had to go to the drive through only to be told to just park in front. My order was 15 minutes behind the scheduled time. This isn’t the first time but it will be the last.

The man operating the drive thru did not speak much English. We needed to ask him to repeat himself as we could not understand, he seemed very offended by this and almost aggressive. Then when we got to the actual window he did not say one word to us and his whole body language was rude. The food was ok. Though based on other reviews we got lucky in that department.

Worst wendy's ever. Manager is rude. Burger is stale bun and cold meat like it was sitting around Fries are hot... whatever happened to fresh never frozen... avoid this store at all cost.
