The man operating the drive thru did not speak much English. We needed to ask him to repeat himself as we could not understand, he seemed very offended by this and almost aggressive. Then when we got to the actual window he did not say one word to us and his whole body language was rude. The food was ok. Though based on other reviews we got lucky in that department.
Worst wendy's ever. Manager is rude. Burger is stale bun and cold meat like it was sitting around Fries are hot... whatever happened to fresh never frozen... avoid this store at all cost.
The worst food I’ve ever gotten. Apparently the girls don’t speak English. Ordered Asiago chicken. Got very spicy chicken that was awful. Also ordered jr bacon burger with NO ketchup. This burger was soaked in ketchup and the roll so stale it was hard. Brownie frosty tasted like mint. If they don’t speak English then they shouldn’t be working there. This location used to be good.
They never add the cheese like I ask. Everything.

The “manager” there just tried arguing with me telling me I ordered wrong and he heard me correctly….this boy had a heavy accent and wasn’t listening to me, I came back in and told him what I asked for and he immediately got nasty and started yelling at me that he heard me right and pointing to his headset. I couldn’t believe how horrible the customer service was and the fact that he was arguing with me! Never again!
Every time I go there food is terrible old soggy and the people are always lazy and rude or I don’t get the right order it’s the worst Wendy’s or fast food place I’ve ever been to
Showed up an hour before closing and they were closed, so don't try to go for late night food, also constantly understaffed and the staff that are there are bossed around by the older, ruder employees. Just go to any other Wendy's.
Update. Went on new Year's Day around 9pm and had to wait 5 minutes for service and (I don't mean to sound racist here) nobody spoke fluent English...
The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I was only going there on NYE afternoon to get my free Frostys because my coupons from the Halloween coupon book were expiring that day. I ordered 2 bacon mushroom cheeseburgers, a medium fry, a 1.99 kids meal (coupon from Halloween book) and 3 free kids frosty’s (also coupons from Halloween coupon book.). He rushed me so bad during the ordering in the drive through like I kept telling him I had more to order and he kept telling me to drive forward. Then I get to the window and he gives me my food but doesn’t give me my card back. I didn’t notice at first. I went to a parking spot to check my order and I was missing the toy from my kids meal. I went in and asked for a toy and both the man who took my order and the female food worker had no idea what I was saying. Finally they gave me a toy after I kept pointing to where they were. I go back to my car and was about to drive away when I noticed that I didn’t have my debit card so I went back in and asked for my debit card and he said oh OK here it is and gave it back to me. The next day I looked at my bank statement, and there was my charge and also another charge that was done after my charge. He used my card on the next person’s order before giving it back to me. I had to call my bank and get it refunded. I will never go to this Wendy’s ever again. They are a complete joke.

Kiosk sucks. Orders came out all wrong. No one speaks English.
This place is a joke and a prime example why most fast food places should only pay $5 an hour or just go completely automated. Located at a large gas station right off the highway, the 1st thing i see is the sign on the door "bathroom for customer only" yes I used it. Then I tried to buy something to eatand stood at the counter for over 5 minutes listening to their equipment beeping but nozzle a soul in sight! Maybe the touchscreen is the way to order? Nope one no on the other logged out. Maybe they are closed? Nope it's 7:15 pm closing @11. I feel for the owner as they have no clue the people he gave a job to are straight robbing him of their wage and the orders walking away. All you here is workers need to be treated fiar. What about the owners who risk everything sometime to start the business hoping it is successful and ends up with people who just take advantage? Eating the clock and not serving customers is = to stealing and should be a chargeable offense w/punishment to include disqualified from any government welfare program. Fines up to $10k and prison upto 1 year

Used drive-thru. Voice thru speaker was curt. At the window, the food came promptly, but probably because it was sitting around. We checked our order, and tapped the window to ask for napkins. It took a long while for someone to acknowledge us at the window (No other cars behind us), when we were acknowledged the person did not understand our request for napkins
Excuse me?? A worker at a fast-food place who doesn't understand a basic request for napkins? Not acceptable!! Then it took more time for that person to get someone who did understand and fulfill our request. Only to drive off and taste fries and chicken nuggets cooked in old dirty oil, and cold burgers. Will definitely not go back. Maybe I'll be spared and this franchise unit will be closed.

Order was wrong. Burger was not fresh. All new crew that does not know how to make a Wendy's single cheeseburger. Terrible!
